Patti was incredibly sweet, understanding and helpful while I made these reservations. Ppl like Patti can make the difference in a persons stay. I hope she gets a raise asap. I was truly impressed by her patience with me trying to book 2 complicated bookings over the phone.”

“Quaint hotel, not much in rooms. Need own pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils if planning on using the kitchen. Overall a decent place to stay for work at a good price.”
“This is a good place to stay, the staff is very nice and respectful of you and your room, its a very quiet place yes like most comments this is an older motel but don't judge a book by its cover the rooms are a good size. they have all the basic needs for your stay or take your own things, cheap rates have weekly and monthly rates too and most importantly during our stay we never saw any furry or crawling things..like I said it's an older place in a older part of brownsville, but the important things are well maintained and the owners and the staff are very nice people. its location is down the road from HEB, walgreens, three dollar stores and fast food places. Not far from expressway, there is a mexican resturant on one side and a pinkis store on the other side also in the same parking lot is a snowcone stand and a food truck.thank you staff at the plaza square.”

“This is my second time that I stayed here and it does not disappoint. I love the rooms it makes it feel like a little apartment. This time we got a double room with two showers and I love this room. The pool was amazing my kids had fun. Looking for food, everything is close by and many choices to choose from. The mall is also close by. I would definitely come back.”
“We visit Brownsville from Houston TX and our favorite motel is MOTEL 6 off Ruben Torres and Highway and Central Blvd. They are SUPER FRIENDLY and very Clean. We love it!!!!”
