Staybridge Suites Brownsville by IHG offers a great location close to the expressway, bars, restaurants, and shopping, making it convenient for guests. The hotel features friendly staff, super clean rooms, and amazing beds that ensure comfort. Guests enjoy a superb breakfast with a variety of selections, although some noted that the social hour appetizers could be improved. While some rooms appear a bit dated, they are still comfortable and safe. However, guests have mentioned issues like an out-of-service hot tub and uneven bathroom tiles in certain rooms. Overall, this hotel is recommended for its cleanliness, location, and friendly service, despite minor drawbacks.

My coworker thought it was much nicer than the hotel up the street. Had a good location and lovely staff. Would stay again

Hotel is in need of a renovation, signs of wear, peeling paint, bathrooms need upgrades and floors feel uneven. Overall rooms were clean upon arrival but no cleaning service for a 5 day stay was not ideal. Great location and decent breakfast. Will probably not stay here again.
