“The first Brownsville Tourism Week. Which finished with foods, numerous booths from city restaurants and services- such as the new airline (Avelo) coming to BTX airport. There were many give away raffle prizes and a trip to Los Angeles was raffled by the new airlines.”

“Beautiful venue, medium size, dance floor is small, facilities are very well kept. I have attended 3 events here, and I have noticed they offer different packages for different budgets, I imagine. My only recommendation would be etiquette for the assistants. They're ALWAYS in the way, I understand that they are there to help the person hosting the event, but c'ome on! They're in all my pictures. We can't record, see, or freely enjoy what is going on because they surround them in all the special times.Food has always been good, good portions and the overall quality is worth the cost.”

“This is a solid 3 hotel. The traffic out front is ridiculous. The rooms are a bit worn. The shower was rusty, and the floor had soft spots in front of the toilet. So it could use a remodel for sure. Free breakfast has lots of choices. Free lite dinner was frozen pizza and beer with floaties in it.”

“The hotel itself is mediocre at best. However, the staff goes above and beyond. They are friendly, helpful and quick! Alexis at the front desk when we checked in was very accommodating with a couple of requests from my wife and me. Marty with housekeeping was Johnny-on-the-spot when we had a small issue in the room. The place was decorated beautifully for Christmas ? as well. Definitely a quiet, clean and budget-friendly place to stay. Good location to several chain, sit-down type restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!Rooms: Average sized, clean rooms. The showers are great; excellent water pressure.Walkability: Great location for a quick walk/drive to multiple chain, sit-down restaurants.”

“Excellent, unfortunately the last movie theater in the area. Located inside the mall. Bird wise you can find laughing gulls in the parking lot along with many grackles and occasionally parrots and parakeets flying over. Inside the mall sometimes a house sparrow or grackle will wander in.”

“Very nice hotel. The shuttle driver Victor is amazing. Really goes above and beyond for hotel guests. The front desk personnel Lyla was super sweet and very friendly. This was my first overnight here. I hope to have more stays in the near and constant future. My room was clean, large, open, and very thought out. Everything had a purpose. From the kitchenette w/ the full-size fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher machine, and microwave. Very comfortable and appreciated personally as an aviation crew member. Thank you, Management and staff, for providing great customer service and a pleasant stay.”
