However, there can be problems with medication manufacturers. A customer switched to H-E-B because it offered a specific manufacturer, but now receives a different one. One pharmacist said they could try to get the original back, while another said they get what the warehouse sends and there is nothing they can do. The customer was told the pharmacy may have gone with a cheaper medication, which is wrong in so many ways, especially if the customer is paying more. The request is for the pharmacy to stick with manufacturers whose medications work.
