“I'm surprised at so many negative reviews. We've been using the Walmart pharmacy for many years and have never had an issue. Yes, there are times when they are absolutely swamped, because so many prescriptions have been called in, but they are never rude. The automatic messaging has always worked well for us, letting us know when our prescriptions are ready. And I appreciate being able to use the online app to refill prescriptions. We live out of town, and we've never had an experience where we were told our prescription was ready when it wasn't. Sometimes the computer gives an incorrect prediction of when the prescription will be ready. But knowing that drugs are sometimes on backorder, we don't drive in until we get a confirmation that the prescription is ready to be picked up. I've found the pharmacists and techs to be kind and patient and respectful, even after dealing with a customer who yells at them because their doctor called in some prescription that their insurance doesn't cover. They work long, hard hours at a stressful job.(Seriously, people. Give them a break. They can't control your doctor, who didn't bother to check whether your insurance would cover the prescription before they called it in, or your insurance coverage either.)”

Myck is the best pharmacist there is! She is so genuine and always takes the time to explain the medication to me, gives tips and tricks (especially as she notices the age of my child on the DOB for the medication), and always says she hopes he feels better. She is so personal yet informative and makes every time I pick up medication a breeze. They also always have it done incredibly fast.
She is the main reason why I won't pick another pharmacy!”
