They sold me a pair of running shoes that are great, and I recently went in to try to get a pair of shoes to bike with and the gentleman who was helping me admitted he did not know exactly what I needed and recommended a local bike shop rather than blindly trying to sell me shoes. I really appreciated the honesty and consideration and will definitely be back when I need to replace my running shoes or if I ever need to get other athletic shoes.”

“I had an issue with a fishing rod and reel combo I purchased here. The first one broke on my very first fishing trip before I even really got a chance to use it. It was replaced, but then a friend of mine had the exact same rod and his broke as well. In my opinion, that particular rod is very low quality and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

That being said, I had a great experience with the manager, Brandon. He was very nice, professional, and took the time to listen to what happened. He really took care of me and ended up giving me a gift card for the value of the rod so I could choose a better quality one instead.
Even though I was disappointed with the rod itself, Brandon’s customer service completely changed the experience for me. I really appreciate the way he handled the situation. Great customer service thank you, Brandon!”

“I recently visited the caddie golf shop as I have been gaining interest in the game of golf. Although my knowledge of the game may lack i couldn’t have felt more welcomed inside of the shop. The staff greeted me at the door and helped me get into a set of clubs as well as some equipment that suits me. All of the employees that I encountered here were extremely friendly and helpful. I now feel really confident with my game and will definitely be coming back to the caddie shop for all of my golfing needs.”
