I actually felt like I was walking on clouds, super comfortable and strain free. He was very knowledgeable, straight to the point and the best part is he gave me his full time and attention even though I told him I wasn’t planning on purchasing today. I actually left the store but had to go back and get those shoes because the customer service (and the shoes) was top notch ??”

“I really liked this store until August 2023. We went here to buy a swing set. They have a metal one and a wooden one we wanted the metal one we asked the gentleman and he told us they were gonna go look in the back. He came back and told us that they had the metal one well when it was time that we went and checked out, the employee told me to go move my truck up front and I did well then he comes outside and tells me after all they don’t have the metal one. They only have the wooden one and if I want the metal one I have to go 30 more miles to another Academy. The problem was I was already behind on schedule and how do you have some thing on display that you don’t have?”

She had me laughing the entire time she was explaining what shoes matched with my clothing and I plan on coming back every time I plan on buying shoes. It's actually nice to come into a store where someone wants to actually help you without an attitude and literally have me enjoy spending money. Need more spirits like her in this universe.”
