This store is a disaster, it took the manager 10 minutes to come to the front after she was called several times. After that she couldn't perform a simple exchange or refund. She said I had to come back the next day and talk to the next manager in the manager line up. All the while she did not look at me while talking!

DONT take your passport photos with them. The workers there were incompetent with taking the photo and now we have to RETAKE our photo because it wasn’t good. Because of them, the passport process is delayed because they did not do a good job at making sure the photos were qualified.
