“Absolutely love the ladies Gracie and Halley In the office they worked their butt off getting me approved even working late !!! I greatly appreciate all yalls hard work!!! Especially dealing with me and my situation.. I absolutely love yall ladies.. great Apartment complex to rent.”
“Overall its good apartments with reasonable rent prices. I like the free garage option with hassle free parking. Mails and packages can be picked up easily from mail room. Rooms are spacious. Has a nice dog park. There are community events organized regularly.
Some nitpicks:
- there tend to be a lot of homeless people outside the apartment due to the bustops and gas stations near the apartment. Not a big deal if you use car for commute and dont walk outside.
- the hot water is shared by the entire complex. So, sometimes, the water may be less hot (dint experience winter yet, so not sure how good it will be).
- apartments dont have smart locks, so have to use traditional keys for entrance.
- the fan switches use a bad design and its very hard to select fan speed.
- the construction is not solid. We can hear our upstairs neighbors sometimes and the wooden cabinets in kitchen feel too fragile
- there was some molding on the ice dispenser of our fridge when we moved in. We requested the maintenance crew to clean it but they asked us to to do it ourselves.
- we have a pool, but i wish we also had a pickle ball court.
Any apartment will have some or the other issues and I think ours is much better compared to others since all the issues I have are minor inconvenience and not deal breakers.”
“I just want to tell everyone about the wonderful experience I had at the Bridge at South Park landing the whole staff was friendly very inviting and professional and Rosy was awesome with this being my second apartment and my first experience being absolutely horrible I did a lot of research before making my next move and Rosy made this process so much more easier by helping me lock in a great deal ..The apartments are beautiful and spacious the grounds are well kept and the maintenance man was very personable and friendly ...I'm looking forward to becoming part of this great community ...thank you Rosy and the whole staff you are greatly appreciated”
“I moved in a month ago to Cortland Onion Creek. Grace Withers helped me through my move in process. She still helps me now that I have moved in with any questions I have, even questions that do not pertain to the community. If she doesn’t know the answer, she is willing to find out. Grace and Brian helped me find an auto service center and I was able to get my car repaired. Renee has also been kind and helpful when I have talked to her, thank you.
Alfonso and Raul have been awesome with the work request I have submitted. In addition, they do a great job maintaining the property. I appreciate everything they do.

“Moved in late April, 2025. So far no issues. I love the apt. Across the street is a park where people go running, play soccer, flag football, walk the dogs. The landscaping of the park is beautiful as well as the complex. I have wonderful neighbors. We all look out for each other. Our maintenance makes sure our complex and tenants request are done accordingly. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live. I really enjoy living here. Will recommend this property to anyone.”
“Mr Macias was so nice to take the time to talk to me over the phone and see if it was even possible to fix my tv. We’re going to try his idea to see if it works. It may not be fixable but so nice to have someone be so courteous and try to help before even getting paid. Highly recommend!”
“Love this community! Especially the staff. They’re very warm and I always feel taken care of. Something that seems fleeting in apartment communities these days. I really feel like the team here cares about our lives and that we enjoy our homes and community. The maintenance staff is also stellar. They’re very quick to fix issues and they love my pup! Robert in particular is extra caring and courteous. I’m always genuinely happy to see them when they come to my door.”
“I love Ladera! The apartments are spacious with modern finishes like granite countertops and wood-style flooring. The amenities are top-notch—resort-style pool, fitness center, dog parks, and even a putting green.
The management team is professional and quick to respond to maintenance requests, which has made living here hassle-free. The location is super convenient, right off I-35, with easy access to downtown and Southpark Meadows for shopping and dining.
If you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained community with great amenities and a friendly staff, Ladera is a solid choice!”
“I’m updating my review. Still Love living here after almost 3 years. We had a beautiful 1 bedroom one bath with Gorgeous views and so many windows. Loved! Outgrew it and were able to easily move into a 2 bed/2 bath. Everyone in the office are super friends and helpful. The pool is amazing and there are so many nature trails. Even a secret little bridge over looking the bluff. If you want to live close to the city, and still need that nature feel, this is the place for you. ✨”
“We searched and searched for a couple weeks for the perfect community for my grandmother and mom to find an apartment that felt like home. We came across 3700 dacy lane. We were helped by Jennifer, she was amazing! So helpful. Kept us updated with every step of the way. We couldn’t be more glad to have had someone like her help us find a place to live! I recommend this place 100%. If you do ask for Jennifer! She will make it 10x better!!!”
“I've lived here for about 6 years. Any issues I've had have been addressed quickly. They provided me a window a/c unit in the middle of a hot summer night when our a/c went out! They seem to always be doing something to improve the complex.”
“I have lived at Monticeto since 2019. I have throughly enjoyed it. Quiet, beautiful community. Washer and dryer connections in every unit. I started in the Pecan unit and have slowly upgraded as my needs and personal preferences have grown. Mabel Davis Park is right next door, plus direct access to a main bus line adds convenience. Maintenance is quick to answer any issues that may arise. Portal access is user friendly and community activities in the office happen quite often. Convenience, price and comfort is the reason why I will choose Monticeto again and again.”

“I loved these apartments, the girls' service was very good, you call and it takes them a day or two to come, but they come and repair everything quickly, I highly recommend them, unfortunately there was no 1 bedroom available That's why I didn't continue renting with them. But I highly recommend them ✨”
