“Silverado crossing is a great community to live in. The office is always bringing fun stuff to the property, food trucks, scavenger hunts and holiday themed activities! Luis is awesome and is always on top of it if anything is ever needed! I wish all property managers were like Luis!!!”

“I needed to move pretty quickly. Tuscany Park had me approved and ready to move in 2 weeks. The promotion for look and lease is amazing and made moving less stressful. I had previously been homeless and lost everything I own due to my divorce. I was extremely surprised and amazed when I signed my lease because I was given a new TV for my apartment. Replacing items like that is really hard when you're in the position I was in. I feel so blessed and couldn't be more thankful. Thank you Tuscany Park for everything you've done. I look forward to starting my new life in this community. ❤❤”

“Overall its good apartments with reasonable rent prices. I like the free garage option with hassle free parking. Mails and packages can be picked up easily from mail room. Rooms are spacious. Has a nice dog park. There are community events organized regularly.

Some nitpicks:
- there tend to be a lot of homeless people outside the apartment due to the bustops and gas stations near the apartment. Not a big deal if you use car for commute and dont walk outside.
- the hot water is shared by the entire complex. So, sometimes, the water may be less hot (dint experience winter yet, so not sure how good it will be).
- apartments dont have smart locks, so have to use traditional keys for entrance.
- the fan switches use a bad design and its very hard to select fan speed.
- the construction is not solid. We can hear our upstairs neighbors sometimes and the wooden cabinets in kitchen feel too fragile
- there was some molding on the ice dispenser of our fridge when we moved in. We requested the maintenance crew to clean it but they asked us to to do it ourselves.
- we have a pool, but i wish we also had a pickle ball court.

Any apartment will have some or the other issues and I think ours is much better compared to others since all the issues I have are minor inconvenience and not deal breakers.”

“Eryn in the front office is amazing!! She is extremely helpful and made my move-in process so easy. The maintenance crew is also very quick to fix any issues you may have. I highly recommend renting here. The property is beautiful and very clean.”

“Beautiful property, and friendly staff. Went in for a tour and was shown the place by their amazing leasing manager, Nikki. Didn't sign today, but the staff was friendly, welcoming, and answered all questions thoroughly. Property was clean and well maintained. Definitely a good place to live in the greater Austin/Kyle area.

“Love living at the Vista on Brodie. Annalee took great care of us when we moved in, always responsive and checks in to follow up on work orders. The staff is always there when we need. The maintainance staff is always on site and usually very responsive. This place is only 20 years old and some of updated apartments feel more modern. Work orders are usually taken care of within the week or two depending on the urgency. The grounds are always kept immaculate and beautiful. It's like a quiet, urban oasis here with well kept amenitities. We are so close to everything we need here as far as shops, dining, things to do and this beautiful greenbelt around us.

If you want to feel kind of away from it all without actually being away from it all, The Vistas on Brodie is the spot 👌🏻”

“This review is long overdue so take it for what it’s worth. I was a resident here 2 years ago and it’s by far the best apartment complex and management team I’ve ever experienced in Austin (I’ve been here my entire life and have lived in 3 other apartment complexes). Marvin Wright, his team at the front, Julio and his maintenance team are absolute rockstars. They are incredibly personable and truly care about the community and space. I remember when I first moved in, they actually power washed every single hallway. They routinely upkeep the property when it comes to landscaping, fencing, & security. I know this part of town might have many unexpected visitors walking around during the day & night and I recall Julio & his team installing lights along the fence and entrance to make it safer and brighter.

They are incredibly communicative when there are maintenance issues. The gates actually worked pretty much all of the time & when it didn’t, they fixed it really fast. The maintenance team is very responsive. I called Julio quite a bit for wasp nests and various things. A few months before I moved out, they made the decision to install AT&T Fiber optic lines to every unit - super cool to see a community try and upgrade and allow tenants faster internet. I moved because I needed to be closer to Cedar Park. In a perfect world, I wish I could’ve picked up Stonecreek Ranch & moved it up there.

If I ever have to move back to an apartment towards South Austin, I’m definitely considering Stonecreek Ranch again!”

“Moved in late April, 2025. So far no issues. I love the apt. Across the street is a park where people go running, play soccer, flag football, walk the dogs. The landscaping of the park is beautiful as well as the complex. I have wonderful neighbors. We all look out for each other. Our maintenance makes sure our complex and tenants request are done accordingly. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live. I really enjoy living here. Will recommend this property to anyone.”

“My experience with Mr. Macias was an excellent one! He fixed my TV within a few days after ordering and receiving the necessary parts. He was responsive and flexible to my schedule in order to access and repair my TV. I was very pleased with the service.”

“I love Ladera! The apartments are spacious with modern finishes like granite countertops and wood-style flooring. The amenities are top-notch—resort-style pool, fitness center, dog parks, and even a putting green.

The management team is professional and quick to respond to maintenance requests, which has made living here hassle-free. The location is super convenient, right off I-35, with easy access to downtown and Southpark Meadows for shopping and dining.

If you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained community with great amenities and a friendly staff, Ladera is a solid choice!”

“I’m updating my review. Still Love living here after almost 3 years. We had a beautiful 1 bedroom one bath with Gorgeous views and so many windows. Loved! Outgrew it and were able to easily move into a 2 bed/2 bath. Everyone in the office are super friends and helpful. The pool is amazing and there are so many nature trails. Even a secret little bridge over looking the bluff. If you want to live close to the city, and still need that nature feel, this is the place for you. ✨”

“I've lived here for about 6 years. Any issues I've had have been addressed quickly. They provided me a window a/c unit in the middle of a hot summer night when our a/c went out! They seem to always be doing something to improve the complex.”

“I have lived at Monticeto since 2019. I have throughly enjoyed it. Quiet, beautiful community. Washer and dryer connections in every unit. I started in the Pecan unit and have slowly upgraded as my needs and personal preferences have grown. Mabel Davis Park is right next door, plus direct access to a main bus line adds convenience. Maintenance is quick to answer any issues that may arise. Portal access is user friendly and community activities in the office happen quite often. Convenience, price and comfort is the reason why I will choose Monticeto again and again.”
