“Mrs.Bonner (sorry if mispelled) had no clue how bad my day was going. I had a blow out, had to order new tires, wife left work early and picked me up while I was waiting for tires. When she showed up and I got into the car, I realized I had forgotten my phone, but I hadnt, It actually had slipped out of my pocket and then I backed over it in her car. It was such a poor day I got to the point I told my wife, the way things are going something was going to be wrong with U-Haul. Turns out I was wrong, I try to find any blessings when I have days like that, like the house we are moving to was only 1 mile from the blowout instead of being 15 minutes away. My phone, even though cracked to sh*t on the outside, it still works and does what I need it to for the time being. Then when I walked into Uhaul, Mrs. Bonner was so incredibly kind and so friendly to work with. I rate this location 10/10, Mrs. Bonner 20/10. Thank. You again!”

“I live in Houston and rode my motorcycle to Gilmer TX to visit my parents grave site. As I was heading back to Tyler to get a room for the night, I noticed the pressure on my rear tire had dropped about 5 psi. After checking in, I checked out the tire and pulled out a small nail. Tried plugging it and was unsuccessful. Called 5 motorcycle shops and they said they wouldn't work on my bike. Next step was to find a U-Haul. One just South of my motel. Tried calling before business hours. Edgar called me back (without me leaving a message). Explained my situation and he was on it. Showed up and he already made arrangements with a sister store to get the 15' truck I needed. Edgar went beyond expectations to assure things went smoothly. Certainly, a bright spot for the day. “Pretty good location, if you live in Whitehouse. My unit was clean when I purchased and the process was fairly easy. Check in and out is easy through a keypad on site. I'm not a huge fan that the actual office is in Tyler, but I've not needed them yet. Really wish there was someone more local if there was an issue. However, I'd definitely recommend.”
