One time i lost my wireless headphones, came back the next day to look for it and susan (If i remember her name correctly) helped me find it at the returns desk. “Went in to purchase a replacement for a blow dryer. No one was available in hair care dept. I went looking for someone and found a girl who was very busy getting online items ready for a customer. I asked her to help me get someone at the hair care dept. She made the call and had to wait another 10 min until I noticed a young man getting online orders ready. He offered to help since I told him I had been waiting. I showed him the blow dryer I was looking for and asked him if maybe they had the item in the back since there weren’t any in the floor. He checked his little machine and it showed they did have some. He said he would get someone to bring it to me. I waited maybe 5 more minutes and then I see him coming towards me again with item in hand which I thought was so thoughtful. He didn’t forget about me. Thank you Alex!”
“Cricket employees are not trained at all. Most of them have a hard time turning the phones on. Owner needs to realize you get what you pay for and its clear your not paying well and hiring just anybody gives your store a bad name”

I went to turn in a phone to get the $1000 trade in credit applied to my account for a new iphone that I had received. When I entered the store the sales people told me that there was a promotion that would allow me to keep the phone but still get credit if I activated a new line for it. They also said there would be no additional cost for adding this line for 3 years. I asked several times and they confirmed each time.
Well it turns out that they had cancelled my trade in, prevented me from getting the credit, and they are also charging me for the new phone line that they said I would not get charged for. Now I am having to work through the various support processes to resolve these issues.
EDIT: I went to the store and it turned out to be a system issue but they resolved everything and all is as promised!! Thank you Christian and Armando for your help!”

“I had to get something for my child the other night but the only store open was 7 eleven and I' use to be regular customer but the clerk Chris was very rude to me and made sexual comment to me that left me uncomfortable. I really didn't want to have to go there anymore but I had no choice this was my child sick I needed something quick . So I went to store anyway and was glad to see a woman working there she was very busy but stopped what she was doing and helped me find something to help my daughter painful stomach ache . I asked her if there was still a man named Chris that worked here she said yes in mornings .
Well I guess the only time a helpful friendly person works really late at night so I don't usually have to get out late but if I do I will know where to go hopefully that woman i believe her name was Rhonda will be there. I truly appreciate the attention I got from her.

“Natalie made my day!! After three calls and many minutes on the phone with Cricket, they were unable to fix my issue. Last resort was to go in the store. Natalie was so kind and patient, even while having to handle an upset caller who refused to listen to reason. She ultimately fixed my issue and made my daughter and myself so happy!!! Next time I have any issues, this Cricket store will be my first stop!”
