Nothing responded so I tried to reboot and accidentally activated an emergency SOS (second mistake). Brought it to Kryss, and she was able to get it back to normal. What a relief! I went to turn in a phone to get the $1000 trade in credit applied to my account for a new iphone that I had received. When I entered the store the sales people told me that there was a promotion that would allow me to keep the phone but still get credit if I activated a new line for it. They also said there would be no additional cost for adding this line for 3 years. I asked several times and they confirmed each time.
Well it turns out that they had cancelled my trade in, prevented me from getting the credit, and they are also charging me for the new phone line that they said I would not get charged for. Now I am having to work through the various support processes to resolve these issues.
EDIT: I went to the store and it turned out to be a system issue but they resolved everything and all is as promised!! Thank you Christian and Armando for your help!”
“Natalie made my day!! After three calls and many minutes on the phone with Cricket, they were unable to fix my issue. Last resort was to go in the store. Natalie was so kind and patient, even while having to handle an upset caller who refused to listen to reason. She ultimately fixed my issue and made my daughter and myself so happy!!! Next time I have any issues, this Cricket store will be my first stop!”
