“Had some questions about the product on display… Reba and Michele went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommended. Thanks for the help!”
“I love this place. I'm trying to get help but I need my fix every Friday!
Super friendly helpful staff, 10 times better than Home Depot down the road”

“We had the absolute delight of being assisted with our paint purchase by Keith. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. His recommended paint turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. The paint was great quality and looks perfect for our project. I'd return to SA Paints just to interact with Keith again!!!”
“I have been in a many of Hardware and home improvement stores and this one Is much better than the most folks. There are extremely friendly and extremely helpful.
They had everything I was looking for. This store will be the new location. I use as my go to store in the Spring Branch /Bulverde area.”
“Place is very clean just don’t like when the walkways are filled with ladders or machines not in use. By the employees are very helpful , everyone I walked by asked how was my day with a smile! 😊 lots of selections and various prices. Love that they have regular and high end products. Lots of parking and the pick up lane at the front for big supply trucks.”
“Listen to me, if you’ve ever been down the nuts and bolts aisle….
It’s intimidating, like the Dewey decimal system in 2 different languages.
Thank you for your help meet Jeff.
He’s an angel.
Bottom line this Lowe’s has great people there!”

“I want to thank the store manager. On Feb 23 my son suffered a stroke in the store. 911 was called immediately, and I received a call that my son was on the way to the hospital. I believe the person that called me was Web. He saved my son's life by getting help so quickly. My son is home recovering after 10 days in the hospital and we're forever grateful ?”
