“Great place to get your lumber! I stumbled upon Braundera on Christmas eve for lumber for a treehouse. I had just left one of the big chains because their lumber was all crooked and so moist I could get my finger nail in with hardly any pressure. I found Braundera on this app, saw they were closing in 40 minutes for Christmas, but gave them a call anyways. They told me they would get started right away and have it ready in 10. I was blown away! The lumber was great, they loaded it up for me, and even helped me ratchet it down. Since then I've been back a few times and they're always kind and incredibly helpful. Very happy to have found a great lumberyard, 10/10”

“I needed parts to hopefully fix my whirlpool refrigerator and was able to get the major part needed but was confused about an additional part so I called over the phone and was not able to get an answer for the missing part . I went to pick up the major part it was close to closing like maybe 25 min till 5 and a very nice representative quickly asked me what I needed I told her the situation gave her the parts number and she was able to find it. Then I ask her can I get a refund if it's not the correct part. She says no refunds I ask her to please double check that it is the correct part and tell her by the way I am needing some syofoam block that goes around the fan can you see if you may have that.. She said yes I'll check and went on to take time to research the parts for the model of fridge gave me a diagram with side notes of parts and told me this may be the part you need I'll check if we have it. They did it may have been the last one not sure but I was so surprised at the awesome awesome Customer service she gave me especially at closing time with no ac working it was hot in there. All the parts were correct and fridge is working and she saved me 900 on a new one . Her name is Sihas or close to that I asked her to write it down. Thank you again She was working on thursday afternoon and August 6 2026 Thanks D gonzales san antonio texas”

“I've used their services twice now. Most recently Rudy came out to install a faucet and replace the supply hoses. He knocked it out in no time, made me regret not getting it down sooner. On the first project I worked with them on was installing a dishwasher. I got a quote from a competitor first (cough* cough* Goettl) and they tried to charge me the price of the dishwasher for the install. They had the gall to try to also pitch me subscription service. Anyways, Ajax was going to charge me less than half of the competitor. I don't know if that was a reflection of the competitor or how these guys are so reasonable. Ajax Plumbing is reasonable priced, easy to book with, and are quick and professional. Will definitely be coming back to them in the future.”

“I visited Triton months ago, to choose a quartzite slab for a bath renovation. The Taj Mahal was my choice, but all the stones that I liked were already sold. Lisa Skelton listened carefully to what I liked about each slab and said she would choose one coming in that I would like, but I was nervous about the choice. The countertops arrived today and the stone is absolutely gorgeous! I cannot thank Lisa enough, for listening and providing a beautiful stone that is beyond my expectations.”

“Yes, actually, you can buy it online. You might even save a couple of dollars too. But you can't buy online is the experience of coming into the store and perusing all the items, thinking about your next project and your next shop upgrade. More importantly though is community. Here you're going to bump into other men with whom you can share experience and ideas. Men who share a love for the craft. Friendly and knowledgeable employees who can help you find whatever it is you're looking for.”

“I just left and am a very happy customer. What would take normally 15 minutes took nearly 30 minutes, just to get there and they just locked the door while I was waiting to turn in to the parking lot. I was so frustrated, but the manager took mercy on me and let me in and even gave me a single coupling nut, which is all I needed for my grandmother's sink. Thank You Faucet Parts and God Bless your Team.”
