“We purchased my engagement ring from a different company, and it had a low set setting, causing issues with wedding bands fitting flush against my engagement ring. I brought my ring to San Antonio Jewelry, and they went above and beyond to fix my engagement ring and help me find a wedding band to match. They were able to keep my engagement ring setting, but they worked their magic to allow my wedding band to fit flush. 10/10 experience. The customer service was great, Holly was so helpful and accommodating and I cannot recommend this place enough! Will definitely be returning for future jewelry needs.”

“I took in my daughter bracelet that belonged to his late grandmother and the clasp was broken and had a couple kinks in it ! They were able to put on new clasp, take out the kinks , and clean it up to look brand new! The turn around on that was less than a week! I highly recommend ! I have a broken ring I will be bringing in to them next.”

“Wow just wow! I just got engaged in March and he had got it resized (bigger) and the shank broke a week ago. We went to the original jeweler who quoted us $400 to re-do the ring which was shocking. But we saw some great reviews about Q-Sterling and decided to try it out. They reshanked the ring and did an amazing job. They quoted just shy of $200 and stuck to their word! Said it would be about a 4-5 day turn around which was fine with us but had it done in 3 days! Think we found a new jeweler! Highly recommend coming here for your ring needs!”

I am a perfectionist and also want to make sure that my creations are made with quality materials and technique. I have been to Mica beads a lot lately and have many questions! The lady who helps me is so patient and informative and helped me find that perfect maroon bead…..not an easy color to find…I could not have made my most recent bracelets without her help and expertise. One of these Saturdays, I’m going to take a class at Mica. Life just needs to slow down a bit”

The class pace was just right for a first-timer. I got to design and create my own rings, and even better, I got to do it with my mom by my side. A special shoutout to Eleanor, the adorable shop mascot, who made the whole space even more inviting! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and hands-on creative day.”
