“I received my grandfather's legacy ring back in 2019 from Texas A&M it is a very sentimental piece. I lost the diamond(Great Grandmothers) in it while doing yardwork. After letting some time pass my wife and I had a consultation with Stone Creek Jewelers. They were extremely professional and recommended various options on how to do my legacy ring justice and represent the present. “My watch battery was replaced quickly while I waited. The employee also checked the clasp and tightened it without charging extra. Small gestures like that leave a good impression. I'll definitely return when I need jewelry repairs in the future.”

They have always made me feel welcomed and valued. So many times, they’ve put together outfits for me that were completely outside of my comfort zone and I ended up loving every single one. This store is truly special, and the employees are absolutely remarkable. I was heartbroken to hear that it will be closing. This has been my go-to store for years, and I have never experienced customer service anywhere else that compares to the exceptional service I receive at the Francesca’s on TPC Parkway. Every time I walk in, I feel like I’m in Pretty Woman they know my size just by looking at me and have a fitting room ready with several outfits waiting for me to try.
This store will be deeply missed. I can’t count how many compliments I’ve received on my outfits, and I always make sure to refer my family and friends to this particular Francesca’s. I’ve visited other locations, but none come close to the level of service and care I receive here. My heart is truly broken. If anyone reading this has the power to keep this store open, please do. “1st time at any Pandora but I am.glad I chose this location. I ready reviews before visiting any and the one closer to home didn't have good reviews so I chose The Rim, and I am glad I did. The shop was well organized. All the ladies that worked there were friendly and welcoming. The young lady that assisted me was very informative and helpful for my 1st visit. She offer her advice and opinion on things I wasn't sure about. Plus she got me to spend more money then what I expected to spend so that's a good sales person, lol... She was very efficient, even when having to deal with a rude elderly lady who didnt know how lines work. She was calm, cool and collected.”

“Just took an intro to ring-making class at The Makery near San Antonio, and it was such a fantastic experience! Francesca was an amazing instructor, welcoming and informative! The class pace was just right for a first-timer. I got to design and create my own rings, and even better, I got to do it with my mom by my side. A special shoutout to Eleanor, the adorable shop mascot, who made the whole space even more inviting! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and hands-on creative day.”
