“I have been a Ferrellgas customer for a couple of years now and have no complaints except for one. I recently had storm damage that tipped over my propane tank. I called in for emergency service and was taken care of same day. The service tech righted my tank, replaced a broken line and got us back in operation in about 30 minutes. My complaint is that no one mentioned the $200 emergency service charge that got added to my bill. I'm an old veteran on fixed income, so that came as a surprise but it was worth it to get my tank repaired so quickly. Thanks, Ferrell!”
