“Have rented from 3 UHaul locations in New Braunfels. This location delivered the very best experience in customer satisfaction. David, the owner is extremely helpful and responsive. The level of service is exceptional and a model for solid business practice. He has a loyal customer for life!”
“Great service. We’re on auto-refill, so no need to watch level. Easy review of our tank level because of cell signal reporting to Suburban along with account details. A win-win.”
“I only went there to have the propane tank on my tiny RV refilled. However, I called ahead and they told me what to expect and the people that were certified to refill the propane tanks were super competent and helpful, and it felt safe.”
“Great staff very friendlyand helpfu. They took care of business fast. Ubers to the location take a funky route due to the frontage to 35. It's not near landa park it's off 35 in an easy to pickup and drop off.”
