They know us as Daisy Grey’s people ?
Twice we almost lost her, (due to medical issues) and both times they were there for her and us.
A little back story:
My wife and I waited 10yrs searching for the right companion for both of us. Approx 2 months after having this not-so-small, but gentle creature with us, she got sick not once, but twice. Requiring two separate surgeries.
Long story short, we’ve made a commitment to this being and we will do everything we can to honor it & Country Hills is helping us with that.

I love how professional all the employees are … they know the vets office can be a scary place for your pet, but they truly have patience and work w your pet rather then rushing through the process as you have a scared pet.
Highly knowledgeable- I took my senior here and they debunked my 13 yr old seniors previous diagnosis and found the real and root of the problem, and now my old lady will live a bit longer and happier since we know the true nature of what’s going on w her.
I live in SA and will continue to make the trip to this vet as long as I know the current staff will stay long term. Highly recommended if you need good knowledgeable vet services.”

“I have been coming to Cibolo Canyons Veterinary Hospital for almost 10 years now and they have provided exceptional care for 4 of my Great Danes, 2 mini doxies, a pit mix and several cats over the years. The techs and doctors have always done an excellent job of working within my animals’ comfort level during exams. Their fear free approach to exams makes visits much less dramatic for all of my animals but especially the nervous or reactive ones. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this because with a 145lb reactive dog many places would insist on sedating him. Cibolo Canyons Vet staff goes above and beyond to help make his vet visits as relaxing and fun as possible for him. Rogue doesn’t yet LOVE the vet but he is getting much more comfortable with each visit and we are able to keep him and the staff safe. We greatly appreciate the entire staff for the care provided over the years!”

Night Watch Elite had the best reviews on Google by far, but it was 15 minutes further away than the other emergency vetrinary clinics. I wanted to give Quinn the best chance of survival and gambled on the extra time. They took Quinn in and started accessing her immediately. The staff was knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Gladman listened to my concerns and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The quality of care WE received was 5 stars and sets the standard for vetrinary care. Highly recommended!”

“Our Senior dog (Scooter) has been with Banfield since he was a puppy 16 years today. When we arrive I am always greeted and checked in right away. The staff are always friendly and ask me if I have questions or concerns. All the vets over the years treat Scooter with care and love. Now that he's older the vets give him a room to wait in so he's comfortable. Best decision I made signing up with Banfield they are 100% pet lovers and want the best for our loving pets. Definitely would recommend their services.”

“It's good for the first year wellness plan. It includes all vaccinations and spay/neuter, all exams and office visits. When you are scheduling for the next checkup, it's easy, but it's difficult to get in with a sick pet. Both times the first year that my kitten was sick, they didn't have any appts for at least 2 weeks out and I ended up having to pay to go somewhere else. That's frustrating since office visits are included if I could have gotten in at Banfield.”

“My fiance and I were looking for a compassionate and patient-focused Veterinary clinic for our dog Pirelli. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Richardson came into the office, introducing himself and shaking hands. He also made contact with Pirelli and made sure to connect with him. He did a very thorough exam and really engaged with Pirelli. After the exam, he broke down his findings and answered all our questions. Truly happy with the experience we had and will be coming back for further exams and treatments.”
