“First time in with my frenchie honey girl. We were leaving out of town and needed my baby to be seen. Our normal vet can never get us in for emergencies. So we called for appt here. The girls on phone got us in right away and were so kind. Dr.Jue and the assistant were amazing. Dr check her over so well from head to toes. So thorough. Better than any vet I've ever been to in my life. I have found a keeper! I will be switching all 3 of my dogs over to this amazing vet hosp. They get a 10 out 10 from me.”

“We cannot say enough positive things about Dr. James and her staff. We move to SA a little over a year ago and got our senior Westie established with Dr James based on recommendations from a friend. We sadly had to say goodbye to our little old man three weeks ago at the age of 15, but his quality of life the past year was definitely better because of Dr James and when the time came to say goodbye, she helped us make the right decision and her staff was so caring and supportive. It is still too soon to even begin to think about another dog but when/if we do - we will definitely use Dr James as our vet”

Night Watch Elite had the best reviews on Google by far, but it was 15 minutes further away than the other emergency vetrinary clinics. I wanted to give Quinn the best chance of survival and gambled on the extra time. They took Quinn in and started accessing her immediately. The staff was knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Gladman listened to my concerns and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The quality of care WE received was 5 stars and sets the standard for vetrinary care. Highly recommended!”

“Had an incident where I dropped a medication on my cats head that turned out to be super toxic to cats. I went to 4 different vets and none of them would take walk ins for me. Then I called here. From the start they were so incredibly nice and got me in within an hour. I ended up leaving my kitty there for the day so they could watch over her and she turned out to be just fine. The professionalism and comfort of this place is unmatched. Thank you to everyone who works at this vet for taking care of so many animals. And now this will be my primary vet for sure!”
“Our Senior dog (Scooter) has been with Banfield since he was a puppy 16 years today. When we arrive I am always greeted and checked in right away. The staff are always friendly and ask me if I have questions or concerns. All the vets over the years treat Scooter with care and love. Now that he's older the vets give him a room to wait in so he's comfortable. Best decision I made signing up with Banfield they are 100% pet lovers and want the best for our loving pets. Definitely would recommend their services.”

“Bailey is an excellent great groomer - so kind and tender with Sam and does a great job with her haircuts. The vet was attentive and clear on instructions for how to care for my dog's underlying allergy skin issues that Bailey discovered once she shaved down my dog's fur. I was thankful that she mentioned those and the vet was available to take a look at Sam before I came to pick her up. The receptionists are always friendly and professional in person and on the phone. Great place!”

“It's good for the first year wellness plan. It includes all vaccinations and spay/neuter, all exams and office visits. When you are scheduling for the next checkup, it's easy, but it's difficult to get in with a sick pet. Both times the first year that my kitten was sick, they didn't have any appts for at least 2 weeks out and I ended up having to pay to go somewhere else. That's frustrating since office visits are included if I could have gotten in at Banfield.”

“The only Banfield I got to... the others are attached to pet smart, I don't shop in pet smart what's so ever. Staff friendly ! I don't get greeted everything , by name, but the backfire staff normally remembers my baby (the doctor and whoever helping her) . Priced are better with wellness plan for your babies ! Cheaper than most insurances and other locations.”
