“This is a hidden gem among local businesses in the Bulverde/Spring Branch, TX area.The owner is very kind and helpful. If she didn't have something in stock she tries to help get it. They have a wide variety of items for men, women, and children. As well as home goods and accessories.I purchased some nail kits called Dusti Rhoads. She explained how they work and I thought I'd take a chance. I am not big on going and sitting for a manicure anymore, but enjoy having my nails look great. These did the trick.The owner was right about these so much that I have gone back and purchased more! They are true nail art! Nail landscapes is a good description.I will def be going back...again and again.”
“I visited the store on a weekday afternoon and was greeted warmly upon entering. I took my time and looked around downstairs and also went upstairs where the sale items are. Everything in the store is so adorable!! I purchased a few small items and the woman that rang me up was so kind. She even gave me a flyer to an event they were gonna have later that week. After my purchase I went around the cute building outdoors to take photos. I loved the store and the little area it's in.”

“Came out on a nice beautiful Saturday night. Decided to sit outside on the lovely patio and watch the sunset! Food was outstanding!! Fish and chips were cooked to perfection as well as the Luigi sandwich! Beer was cold and the lemon drop martini was very refreshing. My family will definitely come back! And when her size wasn’t in stock, he found the same style in a different color to ensure a proper fit, then ordered them to be delivered next week. “After looking all over La Cantera and North Star mall TWICE, I found the perfect dress for a New Year's Eve party at Voge! I had been searching for weeks all over San Antonio and was desperate to find something special! When I walked in, I was greeted by a kind employee and I explained to her my situation. She pulled 5 dresses in my size and immediately got me in a dressing room. The whole experience was quick and easy and I was extremely relieved (considering the party was in less than 24 hours). The quality of the dress (second from right in the photo) is amazing and I will wear it for several occasions in the future!”

I will say this was the best customer service I have ever received. Lisa E was so amazing . I wanted to move from teenager looking clothing to more sophisticated and classy clothing. She picked out everything for me. Made suggestions told me what went together and what would look nice with my body type. She was so attentive and helpful. She provides excellent service, quick and efficient and always with a smile. “Never in the history of shopping have I ever experienced anything than what I experienced at this Kohl's and it all due to a Cashier named BJ. She was the most sweetest person in the world. She was cut from a cloth that has eluded the City of San Antonio for years. She is exactly what customer service is about. I don't frequent Kohls to often but I will make the trip just to see Ms. BJ again and again. If more employees were like this then online shopping would be a thing of the past.
