“I need to give a shout out to Vanessa and Jacklyn... I went into the store with little to no hope. Trying to find the clothes that tailored to my body has been a journey and honestly.... Expensive. So yes, I was hesitant about going to the store because I've seen the price tags. The second I walked in I was greeted by one of the most amazing associates and she made me feel so welcomed and understood. Then I met the district manager and we all started talking and they both helped me pick out outfits they found me clothes that made me feel confident and sexy and gained my youth back. I'm not old but I'm 31 and have three kids so my sexy meter was on the lower end. I know it's a sales associate job to sell you on the clothes but it was different this time. They truly stopped and listened to me and gave me the time of my life. So definitely wanted to shout out to these two wonderful ladies. My review is ridiculously late but better late than never. Thank you so much! You too for all the words of encouragement and everything that y'all did for me.”
“Bless Your Heart is a nice local shop that my wife and daughter always enjoy shopping at. The giftique has clothing, jewelry, great gift items, and a friendly team. They also recently had a Fiesta event that was really well put together and a fun evening! Would highly recommend checking out this local business.

“This is a hidden gem among local businesses in the Bulverde/Spring Branch, TX area.The owner is very kind and helpful. If she didn't have something in stock she tries to help get it. They have a wide variety of items for men, women, and children. As well as home goods and accessories.I purchased some nail kits called Dusti Rhoads. She explained how they work and I thought I'd take a chance. I am not big on going and sitting for a manicure anymore, but enjoy having my nails look great. These did the trick.The owner was right about these so much that I have gone back and purchased more! They are true nail art! Nail landscapes is a good description.I will def be going back...again and again.”

“I’ve always had a nice shopping experience at this store. If I don’t find my size they are always ready to order it for me. I have a hard time finding my size as a petite woman but Talbots always has very nice things and it always fits me. Yes they can be pricey but they have awesome sales and I always take advantage of them”
“I had a very difficult time returning an item here. The manager didn’t give my situation the time of day. I shop here often, but her lack of attention and care caused me to consider never going back.
Her reason for not accepting the return? The item was worn…once.
My reason for returning? The item was made horribly and wouldn’t last past a single use.
My reason for this review is to shout out AGM David for the great customer service he provided. Although this situation started off bad, David came in to save the day. He damaged out the $20 belt, offering me a full refund, because he agreed the product wasn’t made well. He let me know it was an exception, but he still took care of the unhappy customer. Had I known the belt would mess up after wearing it less than half a work day I wouldn’t have made the purchase.
Way to go David. Thank you for providing next level service, and putting the needs of your customer first.”

“After looking all over La Cantera and North Star mall TWICE, I found the perfect dress for a New Year's Eve party at Voge! I had been searching for weeks all over San Antonio and was desperate to find something special! When I walked in, I was greeted by a kind employee and I explained to her my situation. She pulled 5 dresses in my size and immediately got me in a dressing room. The whole experience was quick and easy and I was extremely relieved (considering the party was in less than 24 hours). The quality of the dress (second from right in the photo) is amazing and I will wear it for several occasions in the future!”
“I just want to take a moment to express how grateful I am for the opportunity to complete this photo shoot with Marcella from JCPenney. The entire experience was something I genuinely appreciated, and I’m thankful for the time, effort, patience, and positive energy that Marcella brought throughout the process. From the beginning, she made the experience feel comfortable and welcoming, which made it much easier to enjoy the moment and focus on doing my best. I really appreciate how professional and helpful she was, while also making the photo shoot feel like an enjoyable experience rather than something stressful or overwhelming. I also appreciate the opportunity itself because being involved in a photo shoot with a company like JCPenney is something that I don’t take for granted. It gave me the chance to step outside of my comfort zone, experience something different, and make a memory that I’ll genuinely appreciate. I’m thankful for everyone who played a role in making the shoot happen, but I especially want to recognize Marcella for the way she handled everything and for making the experience such a positive one. Looking back on the photo shoot, I feel fortunate that I was able to participate, and I’m thankful for the time and effort that went into making it successful. I hope Marcella knows that her professionalism, kindness, and support did not go unnoticed. Sometimes a person can make a big difference simply by being patient, encouraging, and easy to work with, and I feel like that was definitely the case here. Overall, I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity, for the experience itself, and especially for the chance to work with someone as helpful and welcoming as Marcella. “This is one of the best stores I’ve been to. It’s clean everybody there seems friendly. I’m in and out. They usually have what I need. I had been coming to the store years before and it’s not the way it is now I am glad I come here again it’s totally different now it’s more friendlier. It’s the only thing is. “I am of the older generation and short sleeve, short skirt, baby doll styles don’t look look good on me. But I have found a surprising number of dresses I love at this shop and have almost replaced my whole wardrobe with dresses from the Well! In fact it is my favorite place to buy clothes anymore. The prices are great. One thing I would say…. If you like something, better get it. It won’t be there the next time you go!”
