“I stopped in on my way home from Louisiana and was genuinely impressed. The customer service was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They made me feel like a regular, not just a quick stop.
I’ve never taken the time to review a convenience store or gas station before, but this experience absolutely warranted it. Well done to this team.”

“The Buna General/Shell gas station is a great stop for road trips. The store is always clean, well-stocked with a variety of snacks, and perfect for refueling both your car and yourself. We stop here often, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!”

“It's great to have a 24/7 gas station in Buna! It's really clean and organized. And it's great that u can talk to the employees, that does a very good job at any time.Employees like that treat their customers as people and friends, and not just like a number.Keep up with the great work and job!”
