You could tell he takes pride in the presentation and cleanliness of the store. His personality was warm and welcoming. He takes the time to provide superior customer service. Also, I hear the food they serve is excellent so we will be going back to check it out.”

“Friendly staff and if you leave your phone by accident and call it to see where you left it, they will answer it and say you leave here and that's the jist of the conversation about the phone. He was in a good mood that night because when my friend got her phone he said not to make a habit of leaving it because he's not a babysitter. Lol”
“My family loves the creole fried chicken. Very delicious! I don't really like dark meat, but I will eat it from here.

“As opposed to the one-star review I left yesterday regarding my experience at the pharmacy, this review is for the main store after the pharmacy is closed.
I was hesitant to go inside, but I’m very glad I did. Bria was working the counter, and she was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked up. She is a true example of professionalism and genuine customer service.
She made sure I found everything I needed and offered thoughtful suggestions for items that weren’t in stock. What stood out most was how naturally kind and attentive she was while still remaining very professional.
I ended up sharing more than I probably should have about my recent difficult experience at the pharmacy, as well as my daughter being life flighted and now thankfully back home. Even so, she listened with patience and compassion without ever making me feel rushed or like I was taking up her time.
She also encouraged me to give the pharmacy another try, speaking positively about the pharmacist and helping me feel more comfortable doing so.
Bria creates a welcoming environment through both her professionalism and her kindness. She is truly a pleasure to interact with, and she reflects very well on the store.”

“Since I moved to Buna I switched pharmacies to the CVS in silsbee and I have to say hands down the best pharmacy I’ve used in many years! It’s genuinely really hard to find an entire pharmacy staff that is just on point. It doesn’t seem to matter how stressed they get they always keep a smile and remain pleasant towards their customers! Stephen is, by far, the most caring pharmacist in this area and think anyone that’s ever dealt with him can agree with that! He’s not only kind to his patients but treats his employees with grace and is one of the many reasons I continue to use the CVS in silsbee!”
