“I really liked the store, but I think it would be nice if they had chairs in different sections to be able to sit while our friends are looking at books. And not have to sit all the way by the magazines.”
“Well organized and a huge selection of puzzles and books. Staff was friendly. I wouldn't recommend selling puzzles back to them. I bought 4 puzzles from here,used for around 47 dollars, and they gave me 4.38 $ when I sold them back to the store. Sorry but that seems a little to low to me. So although I will b shopping here I wont be selling anything back to them from now on.”
“Sandy's is a wonderful quilt shop with so many unusual things, in particular their large number of panels! And more importantly, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable!! So glad I found it!!”
“Can't say enough about this store. Textbook manager is AWESOME and so helpful. I went in to sell back a book this past week and when he scanned it it came up as no value. He said "hold on...that doesn't seem right". He checked something in his system and discovered that an instructor had just turned in an order for the book I had for the Fall term and he (the manager) hadn't had a chance to work on it yet. He quickly worked on it and my book went from no value to $35 - I originally paid $70 for it so I got half back! I feel like other stores wouldn't have done this, they would have just said oh well, no value, sorry.”

Thank you to the district manager who found my books!!!!
I spent probably thousands here it WAS my favorite until today. Friday I put a special book on hold with a couple of paperbacks. This was late Friday afternoon. I came today (with the 3 day hold to get ALL my books). I was told by the blonde manager (very rude), they sold my book. One, im heartbroken. This was a book ive waited to have this copy of. Two, idk if I will shop here again. The whole situation was handled badly and no one tried to make it right. They sold my books out from me. I now have a call into customer service and district manager.”
