This company is so good that they fix things even when they can't...lol... I kid you not these people are very professional, very nice, and extremely helpful to their customers... “Hometown business that is willing to help you with troubleshooting or your computer needs. Business has never let me down on sales, warranty, or advice. I see some strange reviews on here that, honestly, I don't think they were good customers or were looking to shame this place into freebies. They have honest pricing and always allow you to test components before you buy.. and then offer a warranty. I feel they do honest business. Anything can "fail" at any time, new or used - electronics are no exception. However, I believe they do everything in their power to develop strategic partners with their customers and want return business from them. I've personally bought several computer components from them without issues, and they have been happy to test components I didn't buy from them as a courtesy. I've never been disappointed in their products or services.”

I was helped in the printing area by Ms. Lanora, her service was excellent , she attended my every need without complaint, I could see in her eyes that she was happy to help. “First off, I was very happy that this store had all new staff from the grumpy, eye-rolling, and sarcastic bunch who were there the last time I went there to use "paid for" print services. Nevertheless, something I should have gotten done yesterday, I was pushed to get done today.
And I tell you that, Khortnie was the right associate to come in contact with. She gave attention to important details to ensure that my print job was done to my satisfaction and beyond my expectations.

“I loved their selection over most Best Buys, if you're looking for memory for your PS5 you've found the right place. This is one of the only places in the Metroplex that I have found any M2 drives over 2TB. In my 1 visit it was very evident that they work towards keeping everything stocked, I've never seen employees stocking the floor during business hours but they were in every section here. Super friendly employees that will help find what you need, greeted when I walked and told to have a great night on my way out. I was just looking around on my visit and they respected that by not trying to push anything on me. It's Best Buy and sadly due to some of their prices it's really not true to its name, but they have a wider inventory than most electronics stores. Check them out for your electronics needs anywhere from appliances to car stereos and you will not be disappointed.”
