“I came here looking for a new laptop since mine bit the dust after 10 years. The variety was good but the prices were high unfortunately. Ben, an older worker, helped me greatly. Not only was he respectful of my price range, but even worked to solve the issues I had with my previous one’s overheating issue. Ben was a great help and was a great character. The only issue was that the one I wanted wasn’t in stock and was only available in Mansfield. On the bright side, I was offered another choice of getting it delivered in quite literally 3 days. Four stars instead of five because it said the laptop was available but wasn’t actually. Otherwise great. TLDR: Great discounts, helpful employees (Ben), and wonderful customer service. Would recommend for anybody looking to get a laptop.

Update: Turns out Ben accidentally clicked Arlington instead of Mansfield. Found out after going to the Best Buy in Mansfield. ?”

“They were a great computer repair company... They said they couldn't fix my son's earbuds, so they didn't charge me anything... However when I got the earbuds home they were fixed... This company is so good that they fix things even when they can't...lol... I kid you not these people are very professional, very nice, and extremely helpful to their customers... I will definitely be referring all of my customers to them, and I have thousands of those.”

“Hometown business that is willing to help you with troubleshooting or your computer needs. Business has never let me down on sales, warranty, or advice. I see some strange reviews on here that, honestly, I don't think they were good customers or were looking to shame this place into freebies. They have honest pricing and always allow you to test components before you buy.. and then offer a warranty. I feel they do honest business. Anything can "fail" at any time, new or used - electronics are no exception. However, I believe they do everything in their power to develop strategic partners with their customers and want return business from them. I've personally bought several computer components from them without issues, and they have been happy to test components I didn't buy from them as a courtesy. I've never been disappointed in their products or services.”

“I can not say enough good things about the staff. I can in to get some help and the young lady working the scanning area went above what was needed. I'm 62 and computer illiterate. She tansferd my files for me to a USB she printed them off when I signed them she scanded them back onto a USB and helped me attach and send them off in a EMAIL. She got a Christmas present today for her help. Thank you does not cover it. You got a customer for the rest of his life. Thank you so much.”
