“This is the first mattress store that we went to. After going to some others and shopping on line. We returned to this one just because the young man that waited on us was the most knowledgeable about each one of the mattresses that we looked at. After telling him what we were looking for he showed us the different ones thar he had that meet what we wanted. No high pressure sales talk just the information about each of the different ones we were looking at. I would highly recommend this firm when you need to purchase a mattress.”

I have sciatica, scoliosis, restless leg syndrome, and moderate spinal degeneration in my neck, so finding the right mattress and pillow was really important to me. I originally stopped by the Gateway Station location near Kohl's just to try out the Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt and ProAdapt mattresses. Matt was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Since they only had the medium feel available, he actually recommended that I try the soft version as well before making a decision.
Matt even called the nearby Mattress Firm by Best Buy ahead of time and let Store Manager Cydney know what I was looking for, so she had a heads up before I arrived. I really appreciated how the two of them worked together to make sure I had the opportunity to compare everything and find the best fit for my needs.
Cydney was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and never made me feel rushed. She explained the differences between the mattresses and comfort levels and helped me explore pillow options since my Bedgear Storm 0.0 wasn't providing enough support for my neck and sleeping position.
With their help, I ended up choosing the Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt Medium Hybrid and a Purple Harmony Pillow in the Low Standard size, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
What I appreciated most was that neither of them made me feel pressured. They genuinely wanted to help me find the right combination for my body and sleep style, and their knowledge made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Cydney even followed up afterward to make sure all of our questions had been answered and that we were completely taken care of.
They also had some amazing deals! If you're looking for a smooth, stress-free experience and people who truly know their products, I highly recommend the Mattress Firm locations near Kohl's and Best Buy. “Best shopping experience today! I went shopping for an ornament gift and the ladies were very helpful showing me several gift ideas. I found my ornament gift plus a unique Christmas musical ornament, a Christmas themed top with sequins on the sleeves and a Brighton pair of studs. If you're looking for a unique gift or need something for yourself, you must stop in at the Accent in Burleson. The entire store is eye candy!”
