“I had to send a packet to my brother-in-law halfway across the globe. First, I tried UPS. The cheapest method was going to cost me $99. They suggested I try the post office.The post office had a much cheaper rate of about $60. Surprise! I had to fill out some new forms. These forms are for US Customs. New rules came into effect recently. I was the only customer at the time. The post office employees were unwilling to help me. They said they were new to the details of the new rules.Eagle Postal successfully mailed my last package six months ago. I thought I’d try them. Sure enough, their service was excellent like before. Same price as the post office.My brother-in-law received his package.Next time, I'll bypass UPS and the post office. I’ll hand Eagle Postal Center my business. I remember the Arlington store was just as good.”
