Long story short, Steve, office manager to the O'Reilly's on Redd, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our truck got started with a brand new battery. He didn't have to, but he did. In this new age of quick to no interaction with store personnel, this is the type quality service that will always keep me coming back. Thank you!!”

“Went to O'Reilly's because I need a car battery. I called ahead of time and spoke to Joel. Joel was friendly on the phone said he'd be able assist me when I arrive. As soon as I got there, I told him I had just spoken to him on the phone and immediately remembered. Joel immediately assisted me, tested my alternator, starter, and car battery. The battery was the issue and Joel assisted in replacing the car battery. I never write reviews, but Joel's attitude and customer service was amazing. Joel was friendly throughout the interaction and was happy to help. Joel enjoys what he does definitely needs a raise!!! Joel is definitely an asset to O'Reilly's!!”
