“I shop at this Lowe’s a lot, and my overall impression is that the staff is great but the administration is not. My most recent experience was the worst, a flooring project to replace the flooring in my bedrooms. Unless you have a lot of time I don’t recommend buying flooring from Lowe’s. I ordered my product on November 15 and got an email saying everything would be delivered November 29, but after that the service went downhill. The Lowe’s installation line people said my product was at the store and the store couldn’t seem to find it. If it weren’t for Manager Rick Melia and Customer Service staffer Amber, I still don’t think I would have my product - thank you for tracking it down for me (twice!!) And thank you to Austin who brought the last item to my house that we were missing for installation tomorrow. I’ve purchased flooring from Lowe’s before and it went much better- and I was living in another state at the time! I hope they can get it together, the products are good quality. Also I appreciate the service from Appliances- I’ve purchased three in the last year and all went smoothly. Talk to Crystal if you can, she’s the best!”
