421 Talbot Ave, CanutilloVery interesting family-owned Mexican food quonset Hut location. Bathrooms are a true adventure to get to as you travel outside the building to find their doors. Clean. Special for the day was Chicken Tacos. They were lightly fried and stuffed with everything you need for an incredible experience. Beans and rice round out the plate. The meal began with a tasty bowl of Caldo de Res and culminated with a light desert. Yum. This is the same family that brought Speedy's to Canutillo, TX before Juanita opened her own restaurant in Anthony, TX.

7209 Seventh St, CanutilloThis place is one of a kind. Has been around for as long as I can remember and still tastes as yummy and authentic. I don’t know of any other place that sells gorditas. Meat Gorditas are the best. The sopapillas are a NM food specialty. I prefer them without the sugar, but good either way as long as you have the honey. Liz our waitress was super friendly and attentive. I live and San Diego and come here anytime I’m in the area. (Not often enough)

Animal Rescue League of El Paso
7256 La Junta Dr, CanutilloOn Saturday I urgently needed an IV line for my cat. after going all around town with no vet or clinic willing to sell me one at any price, Animal Rescue league sold me one for only 4 dlls. i broke down in tears there and they where super nice and even helped me with tips. they truly care for animals. My Lucy ended up passing away but had 2 very good days where she was loved on. Just donated some little money in her honor as that day i didnt even think of that.
