I usually only buy from the flagship stores and online but the outlets are a fun way to snag a good deal on those mainline discontinued items. While good service is typical, one employee went above and beyond by helping me find clothes, addressing my inquiries, and suggesting outstanding alternatives for out-of-stock items. To my surprise, I had misplaced my car keys, and he tirelessly searched until he found them for me! In an attempt to express my gratitude, I offered $200, acknowledging he couldn't accept tips, but he graciously declined, stating, "I truly appreciate your generous offer, but my joy comes from helping others without expecting anything in return." As someone who specializes in corporate customer service for a retail company’s, this extraordinary level of service, driven by such values, is worth sharing in this review! ?Edit: if you need help figuring out who it was it, was a younger man named Aron!”
“The customer service is great at the store, the hallways between the islands is large enough.
They carry suits, shirts, pants, ties, etc and have promotions from time to time.
I didn't notice any bench inside, but there are some outside.”

“Just want to say that my experience at Lids in the outlets was a very satisfying experience. Daniel Hernandez was the one assisting me throughout the whole experience. He embroided a very special gift that I was buying and made sure it was perfect to my standards, he even re-stitched the phrase when he knew I wasn’t satisfied the first time. He truly went above and beyond for a customer like myself and is the true definition of a great employee and an even better customer service worker. As well as Kaleb who also was there assisting me and making sure I got the best deal and helped me to find the perfect hat for the perfect gift. Both of these young men were exceptional and definitely need a raise or a promotion of some sort. A 10/10 experience overall. ?will definitely be coming back for all my hat needs ?”

The sales team and management here are expertly trained to meet customers' needs and preferences. Their knowledge of Oakley products is impressive, and they provide valuable assistance in choosing the right frames and lenses for your requirements. You can rest assured that you're not just being sold a pair of Oakley glasses for the sake of a sale. Personally, I own several pairs of prescription sunglasses, and I love each one. I must say, choosing them without expert guidance could have led to poor and costly choices.”
