“Brooks Brothers has changed over the years, but this place reminded me of the old days. Heidi has about a decade of experience and got me into a great set of suits, shirts and pants. One of the best retail experiences Ive had in the last 10 years.”
“The customer service is great at the store, the hallways between the islands is large enough.
They carry suits, shirts, pants, ties, etc and have promotions from time to time.
I didn't notice any bench inside, but there are some outside.”

“Wonderful Experience at Tory Burch
On Saturday, I decided to visit the outlets since I live a bit of a distance away and don’t get there often. I stopped by Tory Burch, and I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had.
The store was busy, which is usually one of the reasons I tend to avoid shopping when it’s crowded. However, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Brianna, who was absolutely the nicest young lady. She took the time to start a conversation, asking me questions and making me feel welcomed. She encouraged me to look around and let me know she would check back in with me.
A few minutes later, Esther introduced herself and asked how my shopping experience was going. She shared helpful information about the different items I was looking at and made sure I felt taken care of.
I didn’t walk in planning to make a purchase, but the kindness, attention, and customer service I received truly stood out. I will definitely be returning to see what new items they have in the coming months.

“Oh man(kind) El Paso, are y'all sleeping on this outlet store. I'm not quite sure why everyone hasn't caught onto this store yet but this shop not only has a killer clearance section but the pricing is absurd (in the best way possible).I scored so many pieces that averaged between $125-$250 at full MSRP and scored them for about $12-$13 a piece. This was during the holiday weekend before Christmas but I was shocked how empty it was.The quality of the clothes here are outstanding and this is one of the most upscale designer stores El Paso has at the outlets.I'm pretty obsessed with the pieces I got here tbh. It's one of three liquidation centers so the same pieces I was snagging here they were being sold at their actual outlet stores for way more.”
“This review is delayed a couple days, but I received exceptional customer service! While good service is typical, one employee went above and beyond by helping me find clothes, addressing my inquiries, and suggesting outstanding alternatives for out-of-stock items. To my surprise, I had misplaced my car keys, and he tirelessly searched until he found them for me! In an attempt to express my gratitude, I offered $200, acknowledging he couldn't accept tips, but he graciously declined, stating, "I truly appreciate your generous offer, but my joy comes from helping others without expecting anything in return." As someone who specializes in corporate customer service for a retail company’s, this extraordinary level of service, driven by such values, is worth sharing in this review! ?Edit: if you need help figuring out who it was it, was a younger man named Aron!”

“Just want to say that my experience at Lids in the outlets was a very satisfying experience. Daniel Hernandez was the one assisting me throughout the whole experience. He embroided a very special gift that I was buying and made sure it was perfect to my standards, he even re-stitched the phrase when he knew I wasn’t satisfied the first time. He truly went above and beyond for a customer like myself and is the true definition of a great employee and an even better customer service worker. As well as Kaleb who also was there assisting me and making sure I got the best deal and helped me to find the perfect hat for the perfect gift. Both of these young men were exceptional and definitely need a raise or a promotion of some sort. A 10/10 experience overall. ?will definitely be coming back for all my hat needs ?”

I’ve never owned a pair of Oakley’s and she was so patient when I tried on every pair to see what style I liked. Great customer service. Great buying experience.”
