“We had a very unexpected experience, and it felt like someone really sharing the miracle of Christmas. I went in feeling a little down due to holiday blues not having family around and necessity due to my old pair tearing and needing a new pair of walking sneakers.
This young, tall man by the name of Christian was super helpful assisting this 5' 1 little lady get the shoes that were out of reach several times. He was patient and helpful. He extended us such a beautiful random act of kindness that really and truly changed my holiday experience. To be honest I did not want to celebrate Christmas, and what he did for us really turned my Christmas experience around to see kindness and an appreciation for the season. He did not have to do what he did. But he truly blessed me more than he realized. Thank you Mr. Christian. May God Bless you for extending kindness to someone who really needed to feel the Christmas spirit. He was like a little angel coming to help lift me up.”
“Based on my experience here, the store had pretty good sales and prices. A downside was on multiple items, I noticed on the tags, the price was bare and unmarked. Decently organized store. Customer service was average. Would return and recommend.”

“I shopped here 2 weeks ago and was assisted by an employee named Crissy. I had some items I saw online but couldn't find instore. She helped me find some and for the others that were not there she helped me order online with free shipping. She also informed me about the benefits of the credit card and went out of her way on a busy Saturday afternoon to help me get all the items I needed. Amazing customer service and just an overall pleasant person to deal with. It was so busy at the store but it's employees like her that make the store shopping experience great. Otherwise ill just shop online. Please have more people like her at your stores.”
“This post is specifically about the customer service. I went today to find a shirt for an interview and Ale was incredibly nice and helpful. I probably tried the entire stores blouse options and Ale did not get frustrated or annoyed with how long I was taking. She just kept bring out more options and giving me her honest opinion. I hope her manager knows she's got a great employee and deserves to be recognized.”

“I would say I've been here twice in 3 years. The first time was a negative experience. So I opted to just order the heels I wanted online and hoped that the sizes would run true to size. That seemed like so much less of a hassle, considering how bothered everyone was at the mere mention of wanting help!However, I lent a pair of heels to a friend who eloped, so that's become her 'something borrowed' that I don't feel right asking for her to return. So, I am now on a mission to find a discontinued pair of heels that I love so much. Out of stock online (new), I decided to try my luck here.No luck. However, the staff was very friendly and eager to help. My experience was the complete opposite of my first time in the store. Not only did this new environment make me want to stay to try on new shoes, the young lady that assisted me even called around and found a store with the shoe I'm looking for in stock while I shopped without telling me. Imagine the surprise on my face when she approached me with the great news! I think I also got to try on a pair of shoes I've only ever seen on TV or online.I think as long as this sort of friendly and helpful environment is kept, I will continue to come by to shop around when I feel like treating myself to a nice pair of shoes.
