“Outstanding service for an outlet. I was checked on by 3 associates during my visit. No one was just sitting around on their phones. I usually only buy from the flagship stores and online but the outlets are a fun way to snag a good deal on those mainline discontinued items. With that being said, I was impressed by the outlet specific items. They definitely have some solid pieces.”

While good service is typical, one employee went above and beyond by helping me find clothes, addressing my inquiries, and suggesting outstanding alternatives for out-of-stock items. To my surprise, I had misplaced my car keys, and he tirelessly searched until he found them for me! In an attempt to express my gratitude, I offered $200, acknowledging he couldn't accept tips, but he graciously declined, stating, "I truly appreciate your generous offer, but my joy comes from helping others without expecting anything in return." “Just want to say that my experience at Lids in the outlets was a very satisfying experience. Daniel Hernandez was the one assisting me throughout the whole experience. He embroided a very special gift that I was buying and made sure it was perfect to my standards, he even re-stitched the phrase when he knew I wasn’t satisfied the first time. He truly went above and beyond for a customer like myself and is the true definition of a great employee and an even better customer service worker. As well as Kaleb who also was there assisting me and making sure I got the best deal and helped me to find the perfect hat for the perfect gift.
