“I wanted to congratulate young Bryan Del Rio for his great attention, every time I go I look for him to take care of me because if the item is not on the floor he will look for it in the warehouse and the best thing is that he takes care of you until the end, he charges you himself and I don't have to wait in line, I commend the manager for allowing his staff to do this. “Awesome place. I love the styles of the purses and the layout of the store. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There was a sale so the purses were very well priced. I will be going back and looking for Esther, she was so sweet and welcoming, it was my first time going and she even talked to me about the trending styles. Esther let me know they can send me photos of any products they have in stock if I ever want to see them & they will also deliver to you if they need to. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Outstanding service for an outlet. I was checked on by 3 associates during my visit. No one was just sitting around on their phones. I usually only buy from the flagship stores and online but the outlets are a fun way to snag a good deal on those mainline discontinued items. With that being said, I was impressed by the outlet specific items. They definitely have some solid pieces.”

While good service is typical, one employee went above and beyond by helping me find clothes, addressing my inquiries, and suggesting outstanding alternatives for out-of-stock items. To my surprise, I had misplaced my car keys, and he tirelessly searched until he found them for me! In an attempt to express my gratitude, I offered $200, acknowledging he couldn't accept tips, but he graciously declined, stating, "I truly appreciate your generous offer, but my joy comes from helping others without expecting anything in return." As someone who specializes in corporate customer service for a retail company’s, this extraordinary level of service, driven by such values, is worth sharing in this review! ?Edit: if you need help figuring out who it was it, was a younger man named Aron!”

“This post is specifically about the customer service. I went today to find a shirt for an interview and Ale was incredibly nice and helpful. I probably tried the entire stores blouse options and Ale did not get frustrated or annoyed with how long I was taking. She just kept bring out more options and giving me her honest opinion. I hope her manager knows she's got a great employee and deserves to be recognized.”
“Just want to say that my experience at Lids in the outlets was a very satisfying experience. Daniel Hernandez was the one assisting me throughout the whole experience. He embroided a very special gift that I was buying and made sure it was perfect to my standards, he even re-stitched the phrase when he knew I wasn’t satisfied the first time. He truly went above and beyond for a customer like myself and is the true definition of a great employee and an even better customer service worker. As well as Kaleb who also was there assisting me and making sure I got the best deal and helped me to find the perfect hat for the perfect gift. Both of these young men were exceptional and definitely need a raise or a promotion of some sort. A 10/10 experience overall. ?will definitely be coming back for all my hat needs ?”
