“LADIES, I took a chance on this garage because I read the reviews and I’m glad I did, these guys are flippin ROCK STARS and deserve the best reviews!!! If you don’t want to compromise your safety, your peace of mind, or your finances, to the liars and thieves who will charge your kid’s left kidney to KINDA fix your problem… then act like they did YOU a favor… all with a big smile on their face because they KNOW you’ll be back, bending over and walking backwards! DON’T… just come here! This is literally the first auto repair I’ve EVER had where I didn’t feel like I was lied to OR overcharged. These guys operate with HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and SKILL. Everyone I interacted with, (Kevin, Mark, and Brad ❤), was genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable no matter what my questions entailed. After I first dropped it off, it wasn’t two hours before they called me with the diagnosis and price quote. This garage is always sooo busy, so that was my first surprise! Then I was relieved to find out it was going to cost me less than 1/3rd of what I anticipated and that it would probably be completed by the end of the following day, parts pending. A garage with less integrity could have had me for a whole new transmission and clutch job among other things, because that’s what I thought it was! It wasn’t, and they were TOTALLY honest about it, imagine that!!! Go ahead, I’ll wait…. So then, by the end of the next day, they were done with most of it, but one part was going to be a little longer, so they offered me to pick it up, as it was now safely operable. But I have a foot injury and my Jeep is a standard, so I asked if they wouldn’t mind keeping it and they said “NO PROBLEM” and didn’t charge me for the storage of it either! Another fee I appreciated NOT having to pay, (thank you!). When I picked it up this morning, they remembered who I was and even asked me about my injury (just a nice and thoughtful thing), and holy wow, my bill was exactly what they said it was going to be!! They were transparent from the beginning, they knew what they were doing, and they took care of it, all while being just genuine and nice! Honestly, for what I got out of it, I would have given my kid’s left kidney haha, but they wouldn’t take it, I attempted gratuity, because they genuinely deserved it, and they GRACIOUSLY declined it and let me know that it was appreciated but unnecessary. I don’t even know how to act after this, I just know where I’m taking all my future auto questions before they become problems.

“Shout out to my girl Debbie England and her crew at Rock Bottom Auto Repair. She got me in early (as they are getting ready to close for the Christmas Holiday) to look at my radiator hose popping off issue. Hose popped of twice yesterday.

Ran chem test, check. Checked hoses, check, replaced upper radiator hose clamp, that was probably the problem.

So at this point, no new engine or truck. BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT EVER!

“A friend directed me to this place, said their work was first class, but I was skeptical because it was out in the boonies. Talked with another member of the local Porsche club, he too had only good comments. I went to them and was only going to paint one fender that had paint issues. Jeff, the owner, took the time to detail the pros and cons about how the paint match would never be perfect. We decided to do a complete spray with some additional body work. His team did an excellent job in a timely turn around. The car looks great since they removed all lights and trim, so this was not a tape mask and shoot job, but a real class act. The car gets lots of compliments. We we so pleased we had him do my sons car, again beyond reproach!”

“My daughter unfortunately hit a raccoon in her morning commute. Slight damage under the car resulting in dragging heat shield scraping the road immediately after. Checkered Flag got to and fixed it same day, and they were certainly busy. Very thankful and would recommend them to anyone. Great service experience.”

“Shane and his crew were awesome at Dam-It 4x4. I went in one morning to get my oil topped off at the place right in front of them and they found a crack in my dipstick tube. Never knew that was a thing, but it happens. After trying several local parts, the applied a weld to the spot and ordered the part. A few days later I came in and they’d guys got me set up and on my way in no time. I felt the price was absolutely right for parts and repair. If you want to support a local Christian conservative business, Shane and crew are the guys!! Thank you all. May have been a simple fix for y’all but was huge to me!”
