Vance took the initiative to call and confirm if I wanted it open, and then promptly went and shut it when I told him we in fact did not want the door open. “I had my tank hooked up and filled today. I don't have experience with the propane service industry at Large, but these were some very fine people. I suspect that they understand that propane is a very uniform product and that the only thing that distinguishes them is service and punctuality. By all appearances they do not take clients for granted.I had tried to get another propane companies interest but I was clearly beneath their notice.These are some down to earth, knowledgeable and friendly people.”
