Westlake Ace Hardware is known for its very helpful, friendly, and efficient service. The team members excel at one-on-one help and guidance, knowing their store and their stuff. Customers report a great experience with staff who are super nice and able to assist with trouble-shooting projects, offering recommendations, and providing specific items like nuts, bolts, or paint. The store is a go-to place for paint, little hardware things, and specialized services like cutting motorcycle keys. Many appreciate the fast service for online orders and the personal coordination for larger purchases, valuing the personal service over big box stores.
Sad to see this store is closing at the end of Oct 2026. Good clearance deals until then

Helpful staff, but usually have a price premium. Heard they will be closing this location in the Fall.
