IN HOT commercial water heater delivery, they put in place the heater and take the old one. The counter is well stock and they work with you on items they don't usually stock. “Years ago when DEWALT changed the batteries in their tools, i bought three 20V hammer drills. I use them daily and my work is hard on any tool I use. After many years my DEWALT stuff began to wear out, not surprised. My choices was buy more DEWALT or get them repaired. I took the cheapest way. It was much less than 1/2 the cost. They were prompt and communicated very well with me during this process. I received my repaired drill yesterday. Either they sent me a new drill or they replaced everything in the drill. including the case. I wish they had a higher rating than a 5. Also DEWALT handled the shipping, no charge either way.
