“Excellent customer service, 30 minutes will call pick up, they have a rapid delivery service for only $25 within 15 miles. IN HOT commercial water heater delivery, they put in place the heater and take the old one. The counter is well stock and they work with you on items they don't usually stock. They also offer Direct pickup with different vendors. I 100% recommend shopping here.”

“Years ago when DEWALT changed the batteries in their tools, i bought three 20V hammer drills. I use them daily and my work is hard on any tool I use. After many years my DEWALT stuff began to wear out, not surprised. My choices was buy more DEWALT or get them repaired. I took the cheapest way. It was much less than 1/2 the cost. They were prompt and communicated very well with me during this process. I received my repaired drill yesterday. Either they sent me a new drill or they replaced everything in the drill. including the case. I wish they had a higher rating than a 5. Also DEWALT handled the shipping, no charge either way.

“This company is very service-oriented and great to work with. I needed a small batch of stained 8 ft pickets and they had them at the Carrollton store within 24 hours. They called me when they got to the Carrollton location. I went and picked them up they loaded them for me and the whole transaction was easy. The store is easy to get to.
