“Excellent, and friendly service. The sales rep helped me inspect a few chairs for defects before purchase to ensure I was getting one in good condition - he pointed out defects that I wouldn't have caught otherwise. The chairs I looked at were also fairly priced depending on condition, color, etc.
The buying experience made it clear that this is a company that takes pride in their products and looks after their customers, instead of just trying to offload junk like many other used office furniture stores. Highly recommend.”
“We had some Chromecraft chairs before and loved the comfort and the rolling features, but when we moved to the Dallas area, we got rid of that dining set. We regretted since, so doing an online search sent us to Dallas Dinettes to replace those comfortable chairs. “I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.
During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.

“Dylan was great! We already had a good idea on the Helix Elite Mattress that we wanted. He offered us some other practical options that would set us up better if we decided we wanted something different in the future.
Delivery was smooth, the two young men (Zain is the only name I can remember of the two) that brought everything in and set up were super polite and professional.
