(Breakfast along the way there and lunch on the way back.) Wayne and David are always helpful and give the store a certain warmth. “When I went their I was flabbergasted of how large the model kit selection was pretty much a Gundam builders dream, and it also had so many third party kits most of which are online only, one of the only place in the country that does this. And it’s not just Gundam their warhammers is 15%msrp enough to buy paints and I had so many magic decks truly a nerds dream. The staff were also so friendly this is the best hobby store in the DFW area and definitely better that the hobby town on mocking bird”

“Came to this location for the first time and it was absolutely awesome! My husband and I came in for RC equipment and accessories and were guided by a knowledgeable and super friendly guy named Steve. He walked us through everything we needed and helped us through and through! And the store (which is really well kept) is the FIRST Hobby Town that had a specific project build that I’ve been searching for over the last year, I was stoked!!! I’d give ten stars if I could! I had a very minor issue on the most recent one they framed, and Corey went above and beyond to be sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. “I have been a long time customer, and went by there yesterday late in the day (nearly 5:00 PM) for a new US flag. Tim was very helpful, and had a VERY high quality US flag of the type and size that I needed. He patiently waited while I went to get some additional cash, as his cash prices are better than when using a credit card. He also fitted my flag to a MUCH better pole than I was using. All was done for a reasonable price, and for a superior US made product! (They do have cheaper options if you prefer that :)) Great place, great service. all good!”

“Just got home from using Michael's balloon services for the first time. Not only is the quality exactly what I expected, but the customer service was phenomenal. I just bought a bunch of balloons last night and all of them where under filled, and deflated by this morning. The associates who helped me where happy, helpful, and overall just pleasant to be around. They even where kind and engaging with my children. They also helped me load up my car. They secured my future balloon needs and business. I didn't get their names but the blonde girl and guy who wears glasses, have incredible attitudes and made all the difference.”

“I most definitely recommend this company. When we put up a 25 foot flag in our yard. “We didn’t know what we didn’t know” about wear and tear on ropes, flags, lights, and so forth. And of all the companies we contacted they were the only ones that acted concerned about our little non retail flag issue. They fixed it and pleasant to work with. They will be my only call next time I need any flag maintenance.”
“I went in as a first time customer to submit cards for grading. Sales person was very thorough professional and patient. I will definitely come back. The web interface is comprehensive and I'm able to track the status of my submission order through the process. They need more staff because wait times were long and there was only one employee behind the counter.”

“I never thought I’d be into Warhammer, but the staff in this store is so welcoming and knowledgeable! We were getting coffee nearby and went inside on a whim.
Ben showed us how to paint our first figure, which was free and so much fun. He did a wonderful job showing us techniques and sharing the different ways we can continue in the hobby. We came back again a few days later and Kyle was wonderful - he shared a lot of lore and clearly loves this world, which makes it easy for beginners to love it too.
I didn’t have any issues with the shop hours, it was open every time I went but I may have been lucky. My experience was great and I’m excited to paint my first starter set!”

“Found this gem of a place while wondering around Carrollton with my friend. Donald was super nice, had an amazing assortment of minerals, rocks, geodes, and some fossils. In my opinion the best part was being able to pick our own geode and watch him crack it for us. 10/10 recommend and definitely want to go back!”
