I had a tire blow out on the road and called the store to see if they had something that would fit my car and, most importantly, my budget. Sydney helped me over the phone and was incredibly personable, patient, and helpful. He walked me through my options, found a tire in my price range, and ordered it for me so I could get back on the road the very next day.
When I came in for the installation, Sydney helped me again and provided the same great customer service in person. The entire process was easy, straightforward, and never felt like I was being pressured into buying something I didn’t need. That alone goes a long way when dealing with an unexpected car expense.
The store itself was also very clean and comfortable. The waiting area had complimentary bottled water and, surprisingly, a really good playlist—which definitely made waiting on my car a little more enjoyable.
I still have three more tires to replace, and after this experience, I already know where I’ll be going. It’s nice having a place nearby where I feel like I can trust the staff and know I’ll be taken care of.

“The service was really excellent they made me some good deals on some used tires that I need and looked at my original tires told me I had another one that was leaking apparently gave me a good deal on that tire and ended up getting two new used tires for a good price in a snowstorm what else do I need to say”
