“Open on a Sunday, on Labor day weekend, and sold me 2 used tires in good shape for a reasonable price. That got me and my party home, a couple of states away, on time. If I lived in the area I would check them on all my tire needs. They would have gotten 5 stars if they would have torqued the lugnuts. Luckily we did not have any issues getting home.”
“The BEST mechanic shop in Carrollton hands down. There entire staff goes above and beyond every SINGLE time without even asking. They are completely upfront with what is going on with your vehicle and will help you focus on the important stuff first if need be. Everyone needs a mechanic you can trust, and we have for the last 8 years and have never looked back!”
“Ross was so helpful and understanding.
He worked with me and explained everything thoroughly. The service was great. I would recommend Mavis Tires any day! Thank you guys.”
“Kilo helped me out with purchasing and swapping out my car battery, taught me how to make sure to properly take care of it and make sure I don’t get stuck on the road with a dead battery.”
“Service was quick and friendly.
Came in after I got a check engine light and low oil pressure light, turns out it was just from a loose oil filter. Was relieved to find out it was such a simple fix. I do now have much knowledge about cars so I would never have known the issue was so simple, but this shop did not push any unnecessary repairs on me. Shop was transparent about potential timeline and cost throughout process.”
“My family has been coming to this Goodyear location for DECADES and have had 6 cars serviced here. The service is always top tier and the guys have become like an extended family to us. I highly recommend them as they are kind, fairly priced and efficient.”
“I had such a great experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care on Josey Lane in Carrollton that I had to leave a review!
I had a tire blow out on the road and called the store to see if they had something that would fit my car and, most importantly, my budget. Sydney helped me over the phone and was incredibly personable, patient, and helpful. He walked me through my options, found a tire in my price range, and ordered it for me so I could get back on the road the very next day.
When I came in for the installation, Sydney helped me again and provided the same great customer service in person. The entire process was easy, straightforward, and never felt like I was being pressured into buying something I didn’t need. That alone goes a long way when dealing with an unexpected car expense.
The store itself was also very clean and comfortable. The waiting area had complimentary bottled water and, surprisingly, a really good playlist—which definitely made waiting on my car a little more enjoyable.
I still have three more tires to replace, and after this experience, I already know where I’ll be going. It’s nice having a place nearby where I feel like I can trust the staff and know I’ll be taken care of.
Thank you, Sydney and the Firestone team on Josey Lane, for turning an unexpected and stressful situation into such a positive experience. You’ve definitely earned a returning customer!”
“I went Monday and ordered the tires I wanted and made an appt for Tuesday morning. They were running a little late but once they got my car in the stall I was out in 30 mins! They are great and have always taken care of my tires!!”
