“Brought my Range Rover in for a coolant leak and they were able to find the leak and bring me to the back to see it in about 20 minutes - which was great. They worked up numbers and sourced the part from Land Rover and guaranteed that I would have my car back by the end of the day. They got me a Lyft to work which was wonderful and I was really relieved at how transparent the process felt. The only reason I knocked a star is because when I called for updates - 4 times - the first time I was told my person would call me back and the second time no answer third time same fourth time a lady answered and said he was busy and would call back - at this point it was about an hour before they closed and my fear was making it in time before they left and also of course any update on my vehicle. He ended up calling back saying my car was ready and when I showed up it was! No additional surprises, I mentioned how it was a little uneasy not being able to get ahold of them but he let me know the WiFi went down that day. Appreciated the honesty and service level and I do plan to return. Xoxo”

So, I yanked my car out of Park Place and took it to Steve King Auto. They were FANTASTIC. Turns out I did need most of the repairs (not all) but the savings was huge, several thousands of dollars. He is beyond budget considerate with his pricing and just overall extremely honest and fair. He continuously goes above and beyond to help. I was recently on a road trip with my not yet 2 year old daughter and husband when we experienced some mechanical issues.
