“Stephen at the dezavala store helped our family out with new phones. I have had issues viewing our bill and needed help with clarification. I reached out back to Stephen at the store and he was do patient with me and helped me out tremendously. I know any future issues I have or purchased I need to make Stephen will be the person we go to for help. I first met Stephen in Nov. and he helped me get my bill paid. He kept in touch to see if he could help us and we finally were able to come into the store in April. I am so grateful to now have a person I can go to for our Verizon purchases and issues.”

“Decided to take my iPad mini 6 to this store to fix my screen. The guy who works there did an excellent job with my iPad making it like new with no problems. He provided me really good customer service that he was really nice guy which he also gave me $50 dollars off. I don’t regret coming there and I think I will come back to this store again if my phone or computer gets broken for it to get fixed again. I highly recommend to come to this store if you need a place to get your phone, tablet or computer fixed.”

“I was trying to visit my aunt in the hospital …on Father’s Day Sunday… my phone wasn’t working …it only showed SOS.
Without a map for guidance I was lost in San Antonio … for a while looking for an ATT sign so I could get help…. I walked in and Kimberly helped me right away … I gave her my phone and told her I didn’t know anything about technology. I shied her my drivers license and immediately started to correct the problem…with a smile ..and very friendly . She even pulled up directions to the hospital and helped me connect the phone to my truck for directions…,

“Found a Verizon store very close to Longs Creek. The manager, Devon, assisted us and did an excellent job. Very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.
The local neighborhoods should be using this store. The staff is always awesome and there is almost never a wait to have someone assist you.
If I was the owner I would put fliers in the mail, on apartment complex cork board and at nearby restaurants. Nice, clean, convenient location just down the street. A new phone is less that 30 minutes is a record.”

I appreciate how patient and informative he was with us even after he had a rude customer threatening him and taking photos of him. I got scared of the man yelling at him with vulgar language but he assured us that we were ok. He helped us with our upgrades all the accessories and new internet service! “Went on 10/25 and Crystal was no helpful at all she wanted for me to contact customer service for something she did wrong & try blaming it to another coworker, also because she was in so much in a hurry to go eat her lunch at 6:30 pm?went the next day 10/26 with Erica Madrigal and she was amazing she contact customer service and did all the work correctly the other lady “couldn’t do” Erica does such an amazing job with customers she’s very very helpful , she didn’t let me leave the store until everything was done correctly and making sure the lines were working fine.Hired less people like Crystal and more like Erica Madrigal. I give Erica 5 stars for doing her job correctly.”

“The manager of this store helped us. He was incredible!! Did abt three things at once and all efficiently!! He gave us a good price and was very knowledgeable. He kept reassuring us he would help us as soon as feasible which took a little timw but no mistake of his own. It was bc of the issue he was dealing with. He put the Screen protector on perfectly and transferred our info from one phone to another and another phone from a different network to another. He even greeted one customer by name!! I used to be a Tmobile customer but so far, I am totally impressed with AT&T. I am definitely going back to this store for ANY questions.”
“Happy New Year to those who are reading this. In August of last year I had my hearing exam done like I normally do. And at that time I asked for applying for the new devices that you offer Texans I received my voucher and it took a while to understand why I couldn't get an iPad at the local hearing aid office. I was told they could not get them. However doing my research I found out that wireless gadget are the ones who supply the devices. After getting in touch with the company wireless gadgets I spoke with Bianca. And Bianca help me out understanding what I was allowed to get. Bianca assisted me in receiving the item in which I accepted in the mail. Unfortunately it took some time to respond to her about the voucher. Because I had to relocate my life and the voucher was placed in a box and forgotten about until I was able to locate it after moving. Today is January 21st 2025 and I located the voucher and wanted to get the paperwork sent in to her. I want to say thank you for having such a understanding and very patient representative with your company. I look forward to doing business with your company and with Bianca in the future.
