“Service: A++Al F. PORTER SUPERVISOR seen me as soon as I drove up (what a gentleman) he was kind and quick to assist me and ask what I needed to be done before heading inside. My vehicle needed an oil change so I an set appointment for the A.M. (appointment is recommended if you don't want to wait more than 90 min!) Soon as I walked through those doors their friendly greeting and clean environment, free coffee, and snacks make the waiting worth the wait!!! (Coffee addict sorry I had 3 cups on ya thank you! Lol) I am sad to see the playroom for the young kids gone because I usually wait in there with my 3 kiddos (but it's okay because tic tac toe and hangman are our favorite games and all you need is paper and a pen:)) OOHH I finally even had my exterior car washed with a quick interior vacuum!!! (It's been months since they did that due to their car wash breaking down or some story l) HOWEVER, AL F. MY GUY MADE IT HAPPEN, CAPTAIN!THANK YOU FOR COMING THROUGH! Overall everyone is nice and friendly especially the sweet woman at the payment counter with the gray pixie cut (ROCK IS SISTA!) but AL F. made my day and experience a little bit better and brought a smile to my face just by being a gentleman keeping his word, and opening my car door for me..it's a nice touch in the Service department. THANKS, AL FOR MAKING MY DAY JUST BY BEING YOU! I'll be back as always and hopefully my experience is just as good as the last!”
“My dad's car broke down in Castroville, and Albino's truly went above and beyond to help him out. After calling them for assistance, they promptly came to pick him up and towed his car to their shop. Since the necessary parts wouldn’t arrive until the next day, they even drove him to a hotel to ensure he had somewhere to stay. The following day, they picked him up from the hotel once the car was ready. Not only was their service incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, but their pricing was also fair. Albino's genuinely takes care of their customers, and this is what real customer service looks like. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable auto service in Castroville. Thank you again, Albino's, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience.”

“Came here to replace the bulbs in my headlights. The wait time was going to be 2 hours because there were so many people ahead of me, but Raul (or is it Raol? I didn't ask the spelling, sorry!!) Popped my hood and popped the bulbs into my headlights in the parking lot. It was so inexpensive, and he took less than 20 minutes. Definitely coming back here for future auto care.”
