“Bryan has worked on my 2003 Ford Excursion 6.0L three times now. I like his straight forward no BS approach and he obviously has a significant amount of experience on pickup type diesel engines. He is true to his quote unless he learns something new while working on your truck, he will call back and discuss his findings which are clear and to the point. He gives you what he sees are the prudent options. Owning a diesel is not cheap by any means but what vehicles aren't these days? It helps if you know the subject matter somewhat by studying the history of your particular vehicle/engine. My Ford 6.0L diesel engine has quite a history unfortunately , but I also benefit from all that history and where to focus on potential issues. Bryan adds to that knowledge well, and will steer you in the right direction to get a satisfactory outcome and get you back on the road. Overall I'm very satisfied with Bryan's work and he stands behind it as well if something goes wrong. I trust Bryan to get the issue corrected and to explain along with showing you the actual issue he encountered. In this day and age, its refreshing to have someone willing to be transparent and open about what needs done. I will continue to use Bryan's Auto & Diesel Repair over any other shop when it comes to my 2003 Ford Excursion 6.0L diesel. I intend to drive it a long time given the cost of new vehicles. It seems prudent to maximize its life if one uses go old common sense and care.”

“recently moved to the area in march, was having problems with my truck for over a month so I figured I'd give them a try since they were right around the corner, called and spoke to Mike, gave me a quote and said to come by Saturday morning, came by and gave him the keys and I sat outside on the bench for the duration of the repair (4-5hrs), once they realized I never really left they came by, gave me updates on how my truck was looking and updated total costs on what it would be, checked on me and made sure I was good and told me what was being repaired/replaced and what the additional costs would be. once everything was done and paid for, after a little over a week of driving, I can say that this is the smoothest I've driven this truck in a while. the guys over there did fantastic work, nothing but praise for them and will be returning if I ever have another issue.”
