I spoke with Kyle on the phone, who was VERY helpful, who listened, made recommendations, and provided a ballpark estimate.Kyle was just as pleasant and friendly in person when I dropped it off. He called me throughout the repair process, updating me on other issues found, and never pressured me with "doom and gloom pressure that it had to be done immediately. “I can only say amazing things about this place. This mechanis is amazing and has been working on our vehicles for almost 2 years now. I know I can trust him to fix whatever is going on. We took a few family vehicles various times to other mechanics who only bled our pockets. Once here and he was able to get our cars running again. Yes, it can take a few days or maybe two weeks to have your car repaired, but this is due to part availability and how in demand he has become. “So here's my story. I had recently purchased new tires from Costco. Prior to purchasing my tires I went to McDavid Honda of Irving to get an inspection and some work done including a wheel alignment. However, when I got my new tires they told me I was going to need another wheel alignment. So after going to both of those companies I go to Meadlins for the wheel alignment and within minutes he could showe that I needed new struts all around and busted control arms. This is a diagnostic I had heard before from certified AAA technicians about 2 years ago. Honda nor Costco said anything about these issues. I will definitely be bringing my business back to them.”

They replaced a side window that was destroyed by a rock, which required removing the interior panel. They did it quickly, the door panel looks undisturbed, and vacuumed all the glass. “Daniel is my new mechanic. I took my truck to another shop and he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Within 2 minutes of Daniel looking at my truck, he knew right away I needed a new U-joint. It took them about a week to get my truck done but that was my fault for I drove the truck until the driveshaft was ruined. They were able to salvage it and saved me about $500 on having to get a new one. They definitely know their stuff. I could go on and on but let me just end with, "definitely recommend". Prices are very reasonable.”

“So my son had a blowout along I 20 in Duncanville. I was working from home, so while he changed his tire on to the donut spare, I searched out a quick fix for him. Fortunately he and the car were fine. The Duncanville Tire Center is quick, cheap, responsive, and really helped my son quickly to get back on the road. They fixed the blowout tire, and sold us another tire on the front, because it really needed it. My son was in an out in 20 minutes for less than $90 for two tires (granted they were used). I'd go back, just to say thanks.”
“Overall he was very helpful for my last minute car trouble and insightful, and got my car fixed right on up! My engine light came on when I visiting Dallas, I had intended to go back home that day but home was a 3hrs trip. I got it tested at an O'reillys so I was prepared what I was in need of (to curb my car trouble panic) I had called surrounding auto shops after researching them a bit, seeing if they could see me that day and took a chance on Maurice's. The call could have been more pleasant, it was a little rough, but he was willing to squeeze me in to take a look in a couple hours from the time I called. I arrive and once he tested to see what's wrong, I had to find the part I needed because he didn't have it on hand and the person he called who could help him with it wouldn't be able to get it that day. The other employees also informed me on another issue and were honest with me telling me that I would be able to make my trip home, instead of pressuring me to fix it then and there. It was starting to get close to closing time, but he was willing to stay and help me if I got the part. So rushing around to auto parts stores close by, didn't have it, but their Autozone down the road a little bit further, had that part, the last one at that. He installs it and it's defective... great. He shows me a website for auto parts where they show the ones of best quality comparable to original, plus the price point for them. It was getting closer to closing time. I ended up having to get the part from the dealership down the road, that luckily was not closed just yet. They stayed a bit and installed it, showing me the results of the engine testing again for the sensor, FIXED! He ensured me that if there were any issues while I was still in town, I could come back for him to take another look. I was expecting it spend a lot but it was decent especially compared to the dealership where I would have paid at least damn near double for everything, especially on a time crunch like that.”
