At the Cedar Hill location, Briana was such a great help. Over the phone she was very patient with me and all of my questions and errors. I had to call about two times. She made sure I scheduled correctly and fixed my scheduling errors. Very friendly and professional.

I understand it's a small location but very inconvenient that a personal vehicle can't be left there when picking up a rental. That cost me about an hour of travel time & extra money twice, not good!
