“We wanted to send flowers to a team member welcoming her back after an extended leave. Erin was so kind and gracious. She listened to what I wanted for the arrangement and didn't try to sell me on what flowers she had on hand.
Instead, she told me she would be getting a shipment later in the day that would meet my request. That meant the flowers would be delivered the following day, which was fine. Our recipient was delighted with the arrangement, and we got an excellent value for our money.
