“It was actually my first time experiencing coming inside of a Florist and Lisa customer service was immaculate. She was very informative and so sweet. Walking inside she greeted me, answered questions and even taught me about different flowers, plants etc. I had to give her my business. Willing to work with your budget is very convenient for me. “We wanted to send flowers to a team member welcoming her back after an extended leave. Erin was so kind and gracious. She listened to what I wanted for the arrangement and didn't try to sell me on what flowers she had on hand.
Instead, she told me she would be getting a shipment later in the day that would meet my request. That meant the flowers would be delivered the following day, which was fine. Our recipient was delighted with the arrangement, and we got an excellent value for our money.
