“We wanted to send flowers to a team member welcoming her back after an extended leave. Erin was so kind and gracious. She listened to what I wanted for the arrangement and didn't try to sell me on what flowers she had on hand.
Instead, she told me she would be getting a shipment later in the day that would meet my request. That meant the flowers would be delivered the following day, which was fine. Our recipient was delighted with the arrangement, and we got an excellent value for our money.

“It was actually my first time experiencing coming inside of a Florist and Lisa customer service was immaculate. She was very informative and so sweet. Walking inside she greeted me, answered questions and even taught me about different flowers, plants etc. I had to give her my business. Willing to work with your budget is very convenient for me. She offered me to come and relax and soak up the oxygen as well which I took that into consideration being 27 weeks pregnant. I do recommend this place. “everytime I visit mansfield texas I always shop at this store but this time during this winter storm I went there to grab some lunch meat and other items due to our power being out as I approach the freezer all of them were zip tied and no customers were able to purchase any meat , dairy, juice , eggs , product because the store had it all tied up also crates on the meat bunkers my question why? couldn't we purchase it . all thos e customers in there shopping oou of produce and side counter merchandise why is krogers saving their merchandise instead of allowing customers to purchase it . this happened Monday 15th.2021 . very hurt customer”

“When I visit this Kroger, it is usually for something quick or to visit the pharmacy. I decided on a fruit bowl and found the perfect one at Kroger, it was very fresh and there was enough of each fruit to go around. It is something, I'll get again. Customer Service Counter: The ladies at the counter are always pleasant to work with, I never have any issues with the level of customer service they provide. Pharmacy: I use them as my local pharmacy, they're always efficient and move expeditiously. Sometimes, the drive-thru can get backed up, but that's to be expected right after work hours. If anything, I'd suggest, that those with questions/issues with their script, be told to come in. My last visit was a bit longer than usual, there was someone at their window for over 15. They were asking questions that required price lookups and comparisons, which isn't something for the drive-thru window. Overall, I like this local Kroger for what I use it for. Also, saving .10 cents on gas always pays off, as well!”
