“Came in last minute to order a funeral arrangement and their customer service was a 10/10! They were able to work me in and do same day delivery even though I placed the order after 11am. I got a photo via email once the arrangement was finished and a confirmation once it had been delivered. Overall 10/10 experience, will be returning.”

“Joche W. Events absolutely saved my wedding florals! I got married in September and we had originally planned on Joche doing my bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages and another separate florist was going to do my floral ground arch for the ceremony and reception area. The other florist had a date mix up and was a no show at the wedding. I was absolutely devastated since the ceremony area would look completely bare without it. Someone from Joche found out what was going on and immediately called their boss to see if there was anything they could do. It turns out they had the exact white floral ground arch I had envisioned for my wedding! Tina from Joche called me and let me know they were bringing us the arch, setting it up, moving it to the reception area, and tearing it down all for FREE!!! I was beyond shocked at their generosity and kindness towards me. I would 100% recommend this florist company! Not only were the florals they provided absolutely gorgeous, they went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was exactly what I had dreamed of! Thank you to Tina and her whole team ❤️❤️❤️”

“everytime I visit mansfield texas I always shop at this store but this time during this winter storm I went there to grab some lunch meat and other items due to our power being out as I approach the freezer all of them were zip tied and no customers were able to purchase any meat , dairy, juice , eggs , product because the store had it all tied up also crates on the meat bunkers my question why? couldn't we purchase it . all thos e customers in there shopping oou of produce and side counter merchandise why is krogers saving their merchandise instead of allowing customers to purchase it . this happened Monday 15th.2021 . very hurt customer”
